This makes the 3rd vet we have been to for treatment of the same issue. This is the very first time where they attempted to find the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I felt listened to and respected as a pet owner, like my concerns were actually taken into consideration, and we were offered not only solutions; but explanations as to why the problem may be occurring in the first place. We never felt like we were being persuaded to purchase anything unnecessary or upsold on anything. Oakes was really understanding, and managed to fit him in without an appointment on a Saturday morning, preventing me from having to go to the animal hospital ($$$).
