Our washing machine went out and with summer guests coming and going it was great to be able to get our sheets and towels washed in no time. Special thanks to the ladies who work there. They helped me get started and were very helpful when I didn't have quite the right number of quarters! I needed to wash my 13x9 rug and the nearest place with a mega loader was this spot! It's clean, the attendants were friendly and they had a nice seating area with stocked vending machines. Just moved here and haven't bought a washer and dryer yet. The lady who works here stood in front of the door blocking my way talking to the UPS guy. I made several trips and her lazy self wouldn't even open the door, just stood there, in the way, while I lugged in load after load of dirty laundry. Nice. There's another Laundromat on 2673, they're much nicer there and far less expensive. The only good thing was the music they were playing. read more

Small, cozy, family owned. Staff very helpful. Also provide fluff and fold service. Snack and drink machine on site, and it works.

If you're staying on the Guadalupe, Sattler, or anywhere around Canyon Lake, Tx, there's a clean and well kept laundromat that offers folding service!!!! We have a small wash/dryer in our rv, but their added services make this a regular haunt. Family ran/loved business. read more

Under new owners. They have made so many improvements! It is looking wonderful! They redid the whole bathroom, painted inside and outside, fixed the central A/C. Looks AMAZING! They added 6 big washers, fixed almost every broken washer/dryer, added extra coin machine, and games for the little ones. Its almost like a whole different place. They are still planning on making more improvements. 100% better than a few years, even a few months ago! read more

Unbelievably bad. Almost laughable that this can pass for a laundromat. It's like going back in time 40 years when you walk into this place. Just awful. Kept expecting to see a rat run across the floor ~ or something as equally disturbing. Oh and the best part?? there's no a/c. And it's Texas. In the summer. Wtf????????? read more

Lost money in machine, clothes didn't spin. Half machines out of order signs. No air conditioning. Can't get hold of manager.

Absolutely would not recommend this place!!! It's dirty and only half the machines don't work. The washers were dirty and some had standing sludge in them. I lost money in a washer and the owner would not refund. She said she would just "watch the video". The owner was VERY rude and does not deserve the business. I am new in town and won't have a washer and dryer for a few more days... We are a family of 5 that moved here from Chicago. Needless to say we had a lot of laundry to do. I spent $40 washing and drying. When I got home I noticed I was missing some bedding. Easy to do when it's hot, have three kids with me, and being rushed by an impatient lady... So I called and the owner put them in the dryer for me. When I came the next day to pick them up I only had $1 in quarters and a $20 bill. She wanted $1.50. She was so rude over .50!!! Very uncalled for behavior... Telling me how wrong I was. First of all I just spent 40 bucks and lost $2. So, in all actuality she owed me the .50. I will never go back there!!! read more

This place is small, no ac, the lady that works here or owns it I don't know but she is rude always in and out so if you need something or the machine takes your money nobody is there to help, about half of the machines do not work anyways! I dread coming here and can't wait for my new washer and dryer to be delivered. Today I put 6 dollars in the quarter machine and only received 5.25 the machine shorted me .75 thanks goodness the lady happen to be there she was talking with someone she knew in there so I approached her nicely and was like hi the machine just shorted me .75 she dead ass looked me so serious in my face and said well how do you think I make my money? My jaw dropped and I said I hope not like that that is ripping people off and she goes oh well, the customer she was talking with goes here take my quarters I said no I want her to give me my quarters and she just stood there so the guy placed the quarters in my hand. I started up the dryers and went to go wait in my car she comes up to my car and knocks on the window and says I was just kidding about that I said I didn't take it as a joke and that is not very professional to joke like that I work very hard for my money and when someone straight up tells me they are ripping me off is not cool.
