The place is completely filthy, smells like urine, the floors don't look like they've ever been cleaned, about half of the machines don't work, the card machines claim they'll take a $20 pre-authorized charge and then return whatever you don't use to your account but they don't return the money, and the staff is rude and completely unhelpful. The one staff member that I could find on property to help with a machine that took my money and wouldn't run my laundry told me repeatedly to talk to an empty desk for help instead of her and then shrugged me off. read more

I can't rate this place high, simply because of the rude, dismissive employees who act like you are ruining their day if you ask for assistance. The young dude with the long curly hair is the only one working there that doesn't appear to mind waiting on customers. The employees allow it to become waaay too hot in there, as well. read more

The atmosphere is always pleasant when the attendant Karen is in. She's friendly and nice plus it clean and the remodel was done great.

A good laundromat. It is kept pretty clean, they have a huge variety of machine sizes and the dryers work well. We have also done wash & fold service and they charge $1.10/per pound but it's done the same day, clean and folded nicely. read more

Not sure if anyone has this issue but they hold $20.00 on any card you use and according to their policy its a holding fee..and is never returned. Please watch out ..go look at bank statements..they do NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. read more

I just moved into an apartment with no washer/dryer the laundromat at my apartment is actually disgusting so I came here to try it out. It's pretty expensive (5.75) for the cheapest load and it only goes up from there. The employees won't help you out at all they're busy doing other stuff, also it's around 80+ degrees in spin city so dress accordingly. Other than all that it's alright, no laundromat is gonna be top tier in san marcos, but this one might be the better option. read more

This place was clean but over priced and the staff is amazing but they don't know what they are doing. The owner doesn't respond or call back so I've been trying to get someone to process my card and get a refund because when you use card they put a $20 charge on your card so I've spent $40 on a $7 charge and I still have not gotten my refund back and it's been over 48 hours. I'm not happy with this company atm and I've been calling the owner and he has not gotten back to me in 3 days. read more

Bring lots of coins because trying to figure out a laundry card that you can't use anywhere else is a waste of time--- extra charge for the card. Machines don't read cards accurately. read more

I'm a travel nurse and on call for heart attacks. Using a laundromat is risky when you are on call. You may have take wet clothes to work and start over after you're done. I washed clothes a couple of weeks ago there using the traditional method. Nice, clean, place etc... but I noticed they had a wash a fold service for $0.99 a pound. I tried out the wash and fold service and 10.6 lbs and ~$12 bucks was way less stress for me at about the same price as 2 washers and 2 dryers. Nicely folded, fresh clean smell, and easy. The previous reviewer must believe Laundromats should be like washing your clothes at home. Spincity is clean, fresh, the machines are newer than any Washateria around, you can use coins or credit/debit cards and it's in a respectable location. The staff is helpful and responsive. If you must use a Washateria/laundromat, this is the one to use. read more

I brought my bedding in to be washed in a larger dryer. They had many different washers depending on the load size. It was clean inside and there were areas to sit and watch TV while you wait. read more
