The people that work there's now how to run an apartment complex, keep it nice, and because of that they charge a well deserved premium in the Laramie rental market. They fix machines that break. They shovel the walk. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you. They maintain the property. And the heating isn't much of an issue. There is one problem though. You will not get your deposit back. Between the fees you are charged per the lease agreement and the stuffed up "cleaning" bill that you have to pay them to do, you'll be lucky if you get half of your deposit back.

Let's start with moving in, I moved in August 1st 2015, and the apartment I moved into was disgusting. Dirty, stained and smelly. I complained numerous times and they didn't do anything about it. Next thing, living there , the bedrooms are small, you can't rearrange ur room at all there is no space because of the layout, the bathrooms are so tiny and not functional for 2 people, and if something breaks except a couple months before the maintenance people will ever give you the time of day! Moving on to well, moving out. It was hell, H E L L. they pestered me at least 4 times about re signing my lease, refused to give me my deposit back and "lost" all m original documents. Talk about shady. Moral of the story, it's dirty, trash is everywhere, winter parking is a nightmare and the apartments aren't good. Do yourself a favor and go spend the extra money and get yourself a good apartment like the Pointe, or the Verge.

The manager said that he'd forgotten to put me on his calendar and that's why I did not receive a phone call cancelling the appointment. However he said that apartments of these type generally go within a week of being posted and I had made the appointment to see the apartment over a week beforehand. While making the appointment no effort was given to tell me that this could potentially be the case. In my experience most places wait for background checks or credit checks and references before carefully selecting a renter, a process that can take a up to three weeks or more. This is not the case with these apartments so if you're interested in one, you'd better get it as quickly as you can. The gentleman did attempt to see if other apartments they had available were suitable but none of them were.

Maintenance entered my apartment without notice while I was asleep and not dressed. They stayed inside for over twenty minutes, ignored multiple requests to leave, and only walked out when I said I would call 911. When I first asked them to leave they calmly said "No...we are here for maintenance". Freaked out and alarmed I said get out or I would call 911 and they said "Do it, we will be gone before they get here. They then left before the police could arrive... What happened afterward was just as alarming. The responding police refused to take a report, called them while en route to my location as the person who called with the emergency to get their side first, withheld my 911 call recording for nine months, and the body‑cam footage from that day "disappeared" during litigation. All of this is documented. Three hours after the incident, I received a non‑renewal notice with no explanation other than we were "no longer in alignment". I rented in major cities for years and never experienced anything close to this. The hot water works off and on so you might get a hot shower once in a while. The management doesn't care about the tenants and won't work with you. Management cut the lock off my bike and took it without notice so they could paint. They refuse to talk with me about it and insist that they have the power to destroy tenant property. I don't feel safe here and overall it's HORRIBLE place to rent from. The Fairfield apartments on Renolyds are so much better. Wish I had stayed there.

Since the paper work of the tenets is non existent, the newest manager "Jennifer" has taken it upon herself to make sure the current tenants pay for old damaged as well as normal wear and tear, without a slightest concern for current tenants. I suggest current renters retain legal advice before leaving, because she will charge you your whole damage deposit. Start all your maintenance requests NOW to make sure there is a paper trail on all the work out and previously damaged items in your unit. Maybe check back in a few months when a new manager is there. STAY AWAY FROM CONNEMARA!!

He wont return your security deposit, he has ways to cheat. and he never fix any problem and actually he will ignore you and your requests to fix anything. In few words he is a unprofessional criminal rude landlord. The buildings are too old and there is no insulation between the walls or floors. On cold nights you will freeze as there is no insulation on windows, the heaters most of times dont work and when they are on, they are loud and noisy. Bugs and cockroaches everywhere. You can find much better and bigger and well managed apartments for cheaper in Laramie. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Came to Laramie with a friend to find a 2br apartment. These were in a perfect area and were in our…read morepricerange. The apartments themselves aren't bad, but the walls are fairly thin. You have to be very quiet otherwise be prepared to face constant noise complaints. Out of our $660 dollar deposit, over $500 was kept by this criminal manager. Over $200 was for a damaged sink (which had been documented upon moving in). Had some other minor issues while living here, most dealt with rather unprofessionally. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
