There is a separate waiting area with plenty of chairs, and walk-ins are welcome (of course customers who made reservations get first service). They have five barber's chairs and they were all full, but the three of us who didn't have appointments got in, I would estimate, in around 20 minutes. From my observation the barbers all have mad skills. The gentleman who cut my hair, well, he was like Edward Scissorhands. I've never seen anyone with the skills and speed he displayed cutting my hair, with little snippets of hair flying all around us. It was truly amazing. None of that matters if I didn't like my cut, but it's in the top 2 or 3 I've ever had. It'd probably be #1, but I'm giving points for degree of difficulty to earlier cuts when I had a lot more hair, and it was often pretty long. So bottom line is Rocky's will be my new barber shop, hopefully for a long time.

So i say I want the "Colbert" and he he totally understood . Pete sits me in the chair and spins me away from the mirror and stars cuttin. We talked about sports and all that guy stuff. He also told me about his stint as a pitcher for the Braves back in the later 60's. Only played for like 2 years I guess. Told me how he once met Ted Williams Cool stuff.
