Ordered online which was very easy. Called them quickly to ask a a question. Overall, the sympathy flowers we ordered were fine, just wish for the money $125 it was a bit more. But that's the story these days. I upgraded to the deluxe arrangement. Online it had an asymmetric look, higher on one side with the ceramic statue next to it. Unfortunately, it looked like a traditional triangle shape. I worked in a florist for years so I'm a lil particular. I was looking for a low and lush rounded feel similar to the photo near the bottom and looser, not so tight. That being said, I would definitely order from them again. You cannot contact this shop as they never answer the phone, you get a voicemail that specifically says it's not monitored fir messages, not do they respond to emails. I received a beautiful bouquet on January 22nd for my birthday. It had (and still has) stargazer lilies, roses, delphinium, alstroemerias, chrysanthemums, lemon leaves and gerber daisies. I was in the market for a get well bouquet and this establishment popped up in a search of florists in the area. The choices on the website were fairly extensive and I was happy with the arrangement I chose. It was a decent price and it arrived when ordered. My card wasn't charged until the day before the delivery. I can't speak for the arrangement, but I did like the options and the recipient seemed happy with the result. I often walk by this store whenever I'm in town and it seems like an upstanding place. In a strip mall next to a hair dresser and the post office. You would not believe what the River Vale Florist sent our friends for Christmas. The second photo is of the arrangement we ordered. It is full of white flowers with no space in between them. We even paid for the upgrade which should be even better than the standard photo shown below. The arrangement they sent (obviously seen in the photo) had 3 flowers in the front. Looks like 2 carnations and a daisy of some sort. The white bow is the largest thing in the photo. The florist said the flowers didn't open yet and that's why it looks sparse . Does he really think that the cheap fillers will open up to look like the photo of the arrangement we ordered?? Besides even if that were true, I didn't order unopened flowers and sticks...not the case anyway. The rest is all cheap fillers. We spent about $100 in total with $15 of that in delivery charges. We contacted the florist the day after Christmas and left a message. No one returned our call. We called again and they were on vacation. When we called a third time they offered us $25 and told us that if we called within 24 hours they have a satisfaction guarantee. Ah, hello! We did that! But, he said this was the first he heard from us 14 days later. Bull! We wanted a full refund, which as you can see, is totally appropriate. So, they wouldn't budge and said he automatically credited us $25 on our card, which I didn't check yet because I don't even want it. Please look at these photos so that you can see the amount of flowers on this arrangement. You won't believe it. He mentioned about 5 different flowers that made up our arrangement including ROSES! Point out one rose to me! Not there! The florist seemed so proud of his arrangement. Went to get a bday bouquet for my mother... I usually pick out flowers at other places and the person at a store makes the arrangement for me on the spot. Not only the owner ( or the worker) there looked at me like u was crazy when I asked if u can pick my own flowers she was also very loud and extremely rude.. Eventually I just gave up and asked her if I could swap Out a couple of flowers in the arrangement that was already made she said yes and told my that it would cost me 40 $ more then the arrangements price. Since I was very upset and in the hurry , holding back my tears I told her I don't care just wanted my flowers and get out ....when I asked her to Pls lower her voice at me since I didn't say or anything to be treated like that she said: " I can't do anything, it's my voice ...
