Zero stars. We purchased our home in Dover in September 2024. Our agent worked for the sellers' agency. Huge mistake. We allowed the sellers to remain in the house for 5 days after the closing date. Our agent from River Valley did not show up to the walk through, nor to the actual closing. Apparently, she overslept. When we arrived to our new home, furniture, trash, food, clothing, bedding, boxes, etc. were everywhere. We don't plan on selling our home in the future, but, if we were to do so, we would never consider using this agency. NEVER. read more

Inspect their rental properties. An apartment was rented to my wife and I that was infested with roaches. After almost 3 years and many promises that the roaches will be terminated there is still roaches. Oh ,but the staff is friendly. read more

I have never been so disrespected and appalled by Paula ( no last name ) bc she refused to give it to me, who would not allow me to finally make an appointment about our outrageously too low of our deposit refund and half a month's rent back. We did no walk through, and they never came out to fix numerous repair requests among so many other contract infractions. The company also lost this check, so we had to wait for them to "track it down" before we saw the shameful excuse of what they think is a "refund" they also refused to give us an itemized list to explain their mistakes. I told them in person that we were not accepting this amount, and we would be making an appointment with all our documents needed and proof that they are trying to take advantage of us. Today was the first time actually speaking to someone and Paula refused to even let me talk let alone make an appointment. Not to mention, we have a police report filled because someone broke into our rental while we were in the process of moving, and so far, we knew they at least stole our spare key. Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM PAULA, no last name, & RIVER VALLEY REALTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE LLC!!! NOT A KIND HEARTED, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, HONEST PLACE OF "BUSINESS" AT ALL!! This company hires dishonest and unprofessional realtors. She Ann Strait stole a contract from another realtor in the area after the other realtor had been working on it for months and had already submitted an offer. She is also attempting to sale my inheritance without my permission. The property is not in debt. This is not a property in foreclosure. There is an estate settlement agreement in place that she is violating. I have contacted her and she refused to withdraw my property from the contract. I am left no option but to contest the sale, take her to court, and report her to the real estate commission. If you are a kind person who cares about your time and money, then avoid working with Sue Ann Strait. She's only out for herself. read more
