disappointed doesn't even come close. the attention to detail was lacking in the detail and paint…read morecorrection. there was a huge scrape under the bumper when the car was returned to me. there was residue in between the panels from the buffing. he didn't remove the license plates to buff out and apply ceramic coating to the whole car in those areas. he left some fuzz behind from the cloths. these things are fine for a car wash, but not for an $1100 detail. this guy drove my car 100+mph for pickup and drop off which i could see from the tesla app. he was clearly driving recklessly which felt unprofessional and made me feel really upset for trusting this person with my car in the first place. when i got back in my car to drive, i noticed a banging sound underneath the car. upon further inspection, there was a piece that had been totally messed up from going over a speed bump of something similar. this guy denied everything and tried gaslighting me making bizarre claims about how i treat my car and that it was my fault for the new damage. the entire thing was really outrageous and upsetting. sadly i don't have photographic evidence of the moment of impact (how would i) and he is being very rude about the entire situation. i truly do not know how he has a good rating on yelp :(

I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, Carlos gave me a lift home, and Ian texted that they were done about 5:15pm. I love that they take their time; they are so thorough and will take extra time on places you want, like I said my interior door leather needed some TLC. It now looks amazing. You honestly will love the service and results. Ian also provides different treatments, like if you have a lot of dog hair or a funky smell you want gone. There are levels of the detail services, and I got the most expensive (it's been a while) and it was less than almost every other place I looked at.
