My husband reached out to them as we needed a last minute detail for my moms car, Alex was courteous to give us last minute appointment very friendly and polite. Just had my new Infiniti ceramic coated by Alex this past weekend. I am really impressed with how shiny he got my car to be, especially this being my first black car. The ceramic coat was the primary service I requested, but he was also able to get rid of micro scratches from the paint before sealing it to extend the paint's life. Alex was recommended by my neighbor who is very particular about car care. My car was completely trashed from a road trip with two golden retrievers and he had his work cut out for him both inside and outside of the car. I appreciate that Alex provides a range of services for your budget. On the outside, we had bugs that had been dried and caked on even when running it through 2 drive through car washes. On the inside, there was dried dog drool on the seats, the windows, and dog hair on every crevice of the car. I was so embarrassed of how dirty it was, but now it looks amazing! I highly recommend Alex's company, Topnotch detail. I had our 3 cars done the same week (2 on one day and 1 on more the next day). Alex was very easy to talk to. He was not pushy at all. He explained the options on the phone, and when he came, we were able to do the services a little different on each car so I could save money on the cars that needed less. Alex and his workers were fast, efficient and paid attention to all the needed details. Two neighbors ended up having their cars done the same week as they saw the job he did on our cars. It was very convenient to have the cars done in our own driveway without having to go anywhere. Another thing that was unique to Alex was that he actually read and paid attention to my text messages. I tend to send detailed, specific messages. I know people are busy so I don't get bent out of shape when I can tell they didn't pay attention to 90% of what I wrote, but I try anyway. In the past week I had Alex come by and detail two of my cars. The first car was a Lexus IS250 that we were trading in Thursday afternoon. I called Alex at 730am and he was at my house by 815am cleaning the Lexus. I couldn't believe I left this detail till the last minute! I was lucky I did because I would've never found Alex, who not only came quickly to the house, but also had the best price! Later at the dealership the people that looked at the Lexus were SUUUUPER IMPRESSED. I'm pretty sure the money I paid Alex for the detail got me a big return in my trade. There was a milk spill in that Lexus and I could not tell after the cleaning. A week later I had Alex come over and detail my Honda Element.
