September 10: They have ignored my attempts to resolve this issue…read more Hired them to load my uhaul on August 30, 2025. They contacted me AFTER arrival time to state they would be late and to cancel my service because there were issues between them and U-haul Moving Help. They asked that I pay them directly, I reluctantly agreed. They arrived 75 minutes after they should have, brought no dollies, dropped items, broke items and scratched my floor (I'm a renter, my landlord is unhappy). Here is a description of the damage to the pieces of furniture damaged by their team. I have also provided a link to pictures of the damage and receipts for the costs of the furniture damaged. White dresser: The movers dropped the dresser, causing one foot to break and another to crack. Additionally, the dresser's corner was gouged, and the drawer slides no longer align, making it impossible to insert the drawers. ($839) White Headboard: gouged in the front center, scratch on front right side, support bar on back is cracked ($629) Other dresser: There is a gouge on the top and side of the dresser. Dining table: The table was scratched and deeply gouged in multiple spots when the movers stacked wrought iron chairs on top of it. The movers also stripped two bolts while attempting to remove the tabletop using improper tools. ($444.15) Dining chairs: Two chairs were scratched and gouged. ($200 [$100 each])) Photos, videos, and receipts for damaged items are available here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5X1DJrLQDwW4UuUn7

The owner tried to blame his movers carelessness of screwing up my fridge by removing the doors and putting dents in the sides because it was a last min move. Then why take my money? BS... The owner won't take responsibility for anything caused by his movers. Hires cheap labor and he is getting paid well. Im filing a claim on his insurance. Go right around the owner and hit his insurance up... Run!

They damaged the walls in our previous home. The owner of the company, Roy, refuses to compensate for the damaged wall and told us that "you have to budget for damages during a move". We have no recourse because the two movers have our belongings and will not release them until we give cash. We cannot dispute the work in anyway unless we want to lose our belongings. Most of the work this company is doing is under the table. We absolutely regret using this company and fear what our belongings look like once we receive them. I will update the review then. Update: The actual movers were nice guys in a tough situation. They are not properly equipped to move an entire household. We have made multiple long distance moves and this was by far our worst mover experience. I forgot to mention previously that the truck sent was too small and we were offered to pay for a U-Haul and additional time. We have unloaded everything and there are multiple items damaged. I have attached photos of some of the damage. Again, please heed this warning and go with another company

Prior to our move, the company conducted an in-home survey and provided an estimate they described…read moreas being on the higher end to avoid any unexpected costs. Based on that representation, we felt confident proceeding. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not align with those assurances. On moving day, the crew arrived with only one relatively small truck to handle a 4 bedroom home with an office and multiple living areas. This was clearly insufficient for the scope of the move. A second truck was brought in later, which caused significant delays. Moreover, an employee of the moving company was "fired" at our home during the move. A one day move turned into TWO days!!! Because billing is calculated in 15-minute increments, the lack of proper planning and resources directly increased the total cost. While this billing structure may appear reasonable at first, in practice it resulted in substantially higher charges due to inefficiencies. The most concerning issue arose after the move. A portion of our belongings was taken without our authorization. When we requested their return, we were informed that the items would be withheld until we paid a revised total that was significantly higher than the original estimate. At that stage, we were given no opportunity to negotiate the updated charges. This situation placed us in an extremely difficult position. Not only were we facing unexpected costs, but we were also unable to recover our own property without complying with terms we had not agreed to. Ultimately, we engaged a second moving company to retrieve our belongings, resulting in additional expenses and considerable inconvenience. Overall, our experience was marked by inadequate planning, inefficiency, and a lack of transparency. The discrepancy between the estimate and final charges, combined with the handling of our belongings, was deeply concerning. Someone from the company came to our home a week after the move to drop off our things that they still had in their possession. They did not call or text or email us to inform us that they will be coming. Moreover, they spoke poorly about us to our painter who was there at that time. This is one of many examples of the unprofessionalism from this company. We strongly recommend that others exercise caution when considering this company.
