Not because of the fancy office, the coffee, the fun questions of the day, the cool prizes or any of that- although those things are awesome and make him excited to go to the orthodontist! It was because of the time the doctor took with us. She sat with us for nearly 25 minutes, examining, talking, looking at his x-rays, weighing her options and making sure that she made the best plan tailored to my kiddo. I appreciate how dedicated she is to each patient. She didn't make us feel like just a number or a task to check off her to do list. I trust her judgment and I made my down payment and scheduled treatment the same day. We've had a few appointments so far and we are very happy with them and looking forward to achieving a beautiful smile.

This creates an uncomfortable situation as a patient: Policies appear inconsistent (24-hour confirmation vs. 48-hour cancellation) Fees are referenced even when no appointment is missed Expectations are not clearly agreed to The clinical care itself was fine, but the administrative and billing approach makes it hard to trust the process.
