Reserved a cab online. I had a change in # of people, called them & made sure I was getting a van. They said yes, a van was coming. They showed up on time & I was impressed. When it came time to pick our party up... the phone just rang & rang. I called 8x in the span of an hour.. no answer & no way to leave a message. Had to find a ride back on my own. I like to support local businesses and today I tried to support this business. I submitted a request this evening via their website for a pick up at a residential location in St. Charles with a final destination in O'Fallon, MO. Once the request was submitted with my contact information and addresses the website stated they would be in contact soon. It's now 1.25 hours past the scheduled pickup time and I've heard nothing from the business. I contacted the dispatcher to let them know my disappointment and to find out when I could talk with the owner. I plan to contact them later this week. Per the dispatcher, they had a lot of drivers not show up. I understand this is out his control but I at least expected to be contacted. I'm not mad with them but am very disappointing in their service and do not feel as if I can depend on them I'm the future. read more

St. Charles County Cab is a rip off! Their pieces are ridiculous! A handful of their drivers and dispatchers are rude. They have consistently been late picking me up, making me late for work!!! 6/14/16 some time in the late evening I called these people to have me a cab at my home at 8:15 the next morning.It was after 8 30 so I called about the driver..on the way....10 mins later no driver...(I am sick and because of med issues should not drive) These people were to deliver some roses to a lady then pick her and her kids up and bring them to my house to use my vehicle to run their errands Because they had a time sensitive appointment I got in to my car and proceeded about my business.As I was leaving my neighborhood I saw the driver headed to my house so I stopped her and gave her the roses and 20 bucks in advance for a 15 dollar round trip ride....which she never even made it all the way to origin, and some instructions..She knew she was late and this was time sensitive.because I saw a train coming down the track I knew she was on the wrong side of,and since I live close to the track and know the train schedule 15 min stop at that crossing I figured She sat at the train instead of going around I called the dispatcher to see if she was sitting there and ask her to go around...but he yelled at me ...treated me like garbage...These people failed me then treated me like garbage....Never again Worthless people read more

Pick up was for 4 PM on Friday - August 10th for a ride to the airport. Driver showed up at 4 AM instead (while I was asleep) and left a message on my cell phone. I woke up and saw the message and called the dispatcher. I repeated my request that the vehicle be smoke free (as I had done so initially) and told her my ride came to my home 12 hours early . She set up a second ride and it was 20 minutes late and the inside of the vehicle stunk like an ash tray. I had to catch a flight and told the driver he was 20 minutes late and his van stank like cigarette butts. I called the dispatcher from the airport and she apologized. She advised me "you have no idea of what is going on in here". I told her it was not my problem, they were not professional, that my eyes were burning from the cigarette stench, that my clothes also stank and if the owner felt it was important enough that he could call me. Noone has called me since. I guess it is business as usual. I used UBER for the first time to get back home from the airport. I did not have to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment, it was 25% cheaper, the vehicle was spotless and smelled nice and I had to wait only 2 minutes from my dial in with the app to being picked up. And there is no tip - payment is done electronically. Keep in mind that if you don't ask for a smoke free and e vapor cigarette free with St. Charles County Cab vehicle you will likely get a rolling ashtray. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anybody. I told the dispatcher I was going to post my experience on Yelp - apparently they do not care either way because I still have not heard from the owner. read more

was going to a wedding at wine country gardens and arranged for a cab several days before the event to be picked up and dropped off (coming & going) . They were late, because they were lost and also told was short handed of drivers because several people called in sick. Also the price I was quoted ended up being wrong to, much higher. The driver was nice. I don't believe it was his fault. The dispatchers should of been much better prepared with directions. we were also told when the event ended to just call and they would be able to come if event ended sooner. well it did and I was told sorry you will just have to wait for another hour until some one could come. so leaving us in there hands and stranded until the original time I told them. I even asked the driver several times will there be a problem if I change the time. No just call not problem. Not so. we had to find another way home . Should of called uber. read more
