I got this candle that smells like orange caramel muffins holy cow I wanted to eat the damn thing! Then I found this that you can hang that has the words to, "You Are My Sunshine". BINGO! They do have a Facebook page that they seem to keep updated, so I'd check that put. As soon as you walk into the shop it smells like heaven. There was a scensy with a lemon flavor that was very inviting. The wax melts were available to purchase. The room is filled with goodies. Prices range from cheap to some items being a bit on the pricey side. I'd have to say there will be something for everyone. There are so many little rooms so I won't spoil the layout. This was a lot of fun to browse through, as well as supporting local business. We can't wait to go back to That One Place!!!! The lady at the counter was SO sweet. I wish I would have asked for her name. Thank you for letting me take pictures so I can show others this beautiful shop. My only suggestion would be putting a sign off Bluff so people know where it is, I can see how people might not be able to find it. It is between College/18th, and Bluff Elementary. My husband and I booked the candle making workshop on a Saturday afternoon around 11. It was…read moreabsolutely fantastic! The owner, Bri, was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that she thoroughly explained the process, but made it relaxing and let us work at our own pace! When you are making your candles you can choose from a variety of scents. You are then instructed to make 3 different scent options. Your nose will tell you which one you like best! She was then so helpful to get the wax melted for us and we poured our own candles. It takes about an hour for them to set once poured. However, Bri, was more than ok with us continuing to walk around Main st while the candles set. One tip we thought was awesome was, she held onto our "scent recipes" and once our creations burn out we can always reach back out to have more of our scent creations created. This would be the perfect activity for a weekend with friends, a bachelorette party, or just a cute activity with your someone special!

This place needs a huge lesson in customer service. I'm…read morevisiting from out of town and had heard decent things about this place, so I decided to give it a try. We walked in around 11:30 a.m. There was only one other customer (a dad and his son) and the person who walked in just before us, who appeared to either be a friend or a regular, based on how all three employees greeted her. While they were extremely friendly to her, we weren't acknowledged at all--not even a simple "We'll be right with you." Instead, the employees stood there for more than five minutes talking about how business was, how they slept, what they did over the weekend, melatonin, and other personal topics. During that time, no one took our order or made any effort to help us. After waiting, I finally said, "If you guys are going to keep having a conversation, can we at least order our coffee and get that started?" They looked at me like I had said something unreasonable. One employee, who was sitting at a table near the counter coloring, muttered something under her breath, and they still didn't take our order. Instead, they continued their conversation. At that point, we left. This experience was completely unacceptable. Great customer service starts with acknowledging people when they walk through the door, especially when your shop is nearly empty. Unfortunately, this first impression ensured we won't be back, and I can't recommend this business to others.
