The second one I received a text the morning my order was supposed to be ready and they stated they had an issue with a machine so my order would not be ready until the following day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, my items that I brought on Friday morning were needed for an event Saturday so therefore I had to actually purchase two all white garments for the event which cost a few hundred dollars. The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I had already paid for the service before I got home and realized it was missing, drove all the way back for them to take a picture of my receipt and say they'd let the owner know and he would "definitely get back to me". It's been two weeks I've heard nothing from the owner, couldn't wear my outfit on my trip, and now have to rebuy the set they lost.
