Left message and got return call next day for early appointment on New Year's eve 2019. I arrived and John was clearing the parking lot from the ice/snow from previous night. I got an inexpensive JVC single DIN unit and with an adapter kit they installed it in my double DIN dashboard. They even installed a very stock looking cubby underneath it. Brilliant, this car has nowhere to put stuff. Unfortunately because of the angle of my dashboard I couldn't read the display on the radio. I called them the next day and asked them if there was some kind of sunshade I could put over the radio because I thought the display was just being washed out by the sun. They called me back quickly and told me to come back and they put a different Alpine unit in it with a different kind of display. No hassle, no extra charge, another every clean install without a single bullet connector or pice of cut wire on the floor. These guys also dba as Sound Sensations.
