There are only cats, and the inside of the little building is quiet as well (save for the radio playing for the kitties). Bonnie is attentive and responsive and clearly loves cats. I trusted her. She wanted to know all about what my cats liked and don't like, their routine, etc. and seemed to truly care about them. The room my babies stayed in was more than large enough for them to sleep and play and not feel caged. They loved the large window with a bird feeder to attract birds for them to watch. And she has a large sunroom for the cats to take turns playing in. She even has little signs printed with the names of the cats posted by the door to their rooms! The only thing I wish was different was the cat hair on the beds in the room. I wish this was cleaned off from the last occupants. I think this would reduce the stress of cats and eliminate the possibility of disease transfer. This is the only suggestion I have. I won't be going anywhere else for my cats in the future! 10/10 would recommend

I originally found them through an internet search in looking for someone to take care of our cats while we were out of town. I filed out the online information request and soon after received a call from Steve. He was very helpful in describing the services he provides, and I had an immediate feeling that this was going to work for well us. We set up the dates for the service and a Meet and Greet date a few weeks prior to the trip. All the communications were easy and timely. Steve came by our house for the Meet and Greet and we had a great conversation about all the aspects of what he would provide, which was more than just feeding and looking after the cats. He also met the cats, and we could tell right away that he has the personality that knew how to deal with skittish cats, which one of ours is. Steve's first visit was later in the day on the day we left on our trip. He did a check in with us through a text including photos of the cats. After the first day he visited both in the morning and evening. During the second days visits he texted us both in the morning and evening with short notes and photos. This was all very reassuring to us and greatly appreciated. When we returned all at the house was great and the cats were doing well. We let Steve know we were back. A few days later he came by to drop off the keys. Steve is GREAT. We will use the service again and highly recommend it. Thank you, Steve.

The only BIG downfall is make sure you request Dana, Abby or the groomer with the cool hair colors. I never had an issue before but they have a new girl with no personality. I didn't feel confident she knew what she was doing at drop off and it was not the best quality groom. I didn't think it mattered who I go to but that is the only thing off at the moment. Not the best vibe off of her.

But this time, she came home and has been her normal, energized self. The staff is very kind, and understanding, and take the time to know your pup. I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. Our pup for the most part loves visiting Wag 'n Woofs for daycare. There are some workers he likes…read moremore than others. As a pet parent I love that there is a webcam to watch the dogs. It's fun to see all the pups play throughout the day. The camera is also how I know my dog likes some workers more than others and when he is (or is not) having a good time. With any doggy daycare sickness tends to travel around and my dog has fallen sick from daycare before. Something to be aware of. Overall a good daycare for your pet.
