She was disrespectful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of receiving help, I was spoken to in a condescending and rude manner that made the conversation unnecessarily unpleasant. An HOA should set the standard for professionalism and respect when dealing with homeowners, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I know the management will not address this type of behavior, because Corbin is Andrew's assistant. Owners deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism however it's sad that over the years that is lacking. Owners are paying dues almost 500 a month, yet the property continues to look like it's falling apart. It feels like our concerns are dismissed while leadership remains unchecked. Homeowners deserve transparency, professionalism, and a board that actually cares about maintaining the community rather than allowing this kind of behavior and neglect to continue year after year!

The mailboxes were upgraded and the room was repainted a couple months ago, nice right? Yeah, not finished, painters' tape still up everywhere--y'all, WEEKS ago! Cement patchwork done on a side entryway, CAUTION tape up....still up...still up...still--oops! now it's fallen down...now it's laying on the ground, wood spikes fallen over too, all squished in mud...it's going on two weeks now. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Ok that's the tenants' fault, and I'm beyond shocked people want to live like this--that's on them--but is there NOTHING security can do about it? They can't add a couple cameras? The costs would be recuperated in one day from littering fines. Just a thought. The reception dude is usually texting. Why? Is there no work for him? Number 1 worry though, are you ready? sitting down? They don't let us use the trash chutes anymore. Those were seriously convenient. Instead, we have to pay $18 a month for trash pick up at our door, which seems lovely, but think about it....cans of garbage every night in in front of every door all along the hallways....can you spell COCKROACH? Yes, I've seen them! Thank god, I haven't seen rats, but isn't it just a matter of time? Someone, please explain basic hygiene to the owners for us! It starts at the top y'all. At the top.

It's been an ongoing back-and-forth between us, the neighbors, and the leasing office, and absolutely nothing ever gets resolved. For almost $4,000 a month, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells every day. This building feels like a completely chaotic environment -- definitely not worth the price. The elevators are constantly out of service, maintenance knocks on your door at 10PM for "leaks" that aren't even happening, and the overall atmosphere is uncomfortable and unprofessional. The leasing office is no help at all, and the building quality is extremely disappointing. If I could break my lease, I would do it in a heartbeat. Do NOT move here. Save your money and your peace of mind -- this building is HORRIBLE.

These doors can't even be exposed to any type of rain whatsoever and their outdoor doors OK. When I talk to them, they didn't seem to care. All they care about is the money... I made sure and tell him that I will make sure and expose it to the public. I've bought other doors from different places in Mexico three times cheaper and these doors are still exposed to all weather and are as solid as they can be. Demejico doors are overrated and all looks. Their craftsmanship from Guadalajara is poorly made and trash.

Breathtakingly beautiful product but service that makes you wonder how they can possibly stay in business. Bought a front door from them. Told them we wanted what was depicted on the website. A nice distressed look for an old-school Spanish colonial home we are building. What showed up was like a commercial-grade door that looked nothing like what was on the website. When we asked them (nicely) to make changes so that it mirrored what was on the site, they told us it would cost more money. Total extortionists. And then they beat the crap out of the door, totally overdoing it on the distress as if to punish us. I'm warning you: These people are the worst. Not worth the trouble. Don't be romanced by their clear design talent. They're bad, bad people.

We got several outrageous quotes but once we found this company we had such a great experience! They removed our existing sunroom within a day and completely transformed the space. The whole process was smooth from start to finish--professional, efficient, fairly price and very respectful of our home. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. Demo can be messy and stressful, but they made it easy. If you're looking for a reliable company to handle patio work or sunroom removal, I'd highly recommend them. We're so happy with how everything turned out!

I Found Royal Patio through Yelp. Chris responded via Yelp and text w/in a few days. He was one of…read morethe few companies who actually came to my house to assess in person (a lot of companies assess by photos only), and gave me a quote for alumnawood patio covers that was very competitive (half of what some other company quoted). Chris' bid was competitive b/c he buys the materials and does the work himself, whereas the higher quotes were from companies that outsourced the procurement and actual installation. It turns out Chris is also subcontracted by other patio companies to do installation! It was in July when Chris and I first met; Chris' work schedule for the rest of summer was already booked, so we agreed to replace my two existing patio covers at the end of September. To ensure my project was in queue, Chris drafted a contract and required a 10% deposit. The remaining 90% would be paid when the job was done. This was helpful b/c other companies usually required a deposit plus 50% before work started. I also appreciated Chris added additional warranty for parts and labor into the contract. At the end of Sep, Chris called me and asked if he could start work a few days earlier. He showed up with two other persons, one of whom was also very experienced. Chris and his team of two uninstalled my existing wood patio covers AND installed two new alumnawood patio covers all in one day (11-12hrs). I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient they were. It definitely helped to have two experienced guys (Chris and his other colleague) work at the same time! They cleaned up after themselves. Except for a small piece of stucco trim that fell off, which I didn't see until a few days later and patched myself, the job was well done. I am adjusting to having alumnawood, instead of solid wood, for patio covers. If you're looking to replace or install alumnawood patio covers, I'd recommend contacting Chris for consideration.

The parking spots are atrocious, even for my smaller car so big trucks always stick out and cause blind spots. And there is no guest parking. They have gone through 4 different managers in the last year so I have not been able to form a relationship with anyone here bunch of strangers coming in and out and they have just been unorganized, no communication and unreasonable asks, such as the latest, I got a lease violation for having a broom on my porch. They don't want you to have plants, bikes, kid toys, rugs, grills no decorations ( Christmas lights ect) shoes anything on the porch as it is a hazard. Only a chair is okay But I find this so incredibly inconvenient for the price I'm paying, & families who need the space. We don't have private garages so the porch is valuable but not anymore. The maintenance is also not reliable when I put in a request they will often mark it completed without doing anything about it. Also last time I checked they ONLY speak Spanish so I couldn't even communicate what I need when they are here. They once walked right in my bedroom to "fix the toilet" while I was sleeping when I specifically asked them to never enter without permission. Feels like they just are doing anything to kick people out for anything if the price isn't what they could be getting.... Also the laundry mat is not clean bugs everywhere including a bed bug outbreak a few weeks ago and it had to be fumigated. Gym has no windows gets very hot and they don't allow u to open the door that is attached to the pool area. Also old toilets they refuse to replace everytime it brakes they just order new parts but it does it over n over n over again. They swear they price match but they are more expensive then most places around id keep looking if i were you.....

Sometimes, like anyone, they forget to do certain things or contact you over matters all you got to do is touch base again and they'll make you a priority. Applying was great and even with me having a bad credit score (partner had 740) they were able to get us approve easily and got us going quick. I had no problem with maintenance team or office but just beware of living bottom floor. I had my packages stolen multiple times (they seem to like the electronic hazard sign) and living under someone is terrible no one has decency to put in their screaming kid or stop them from running around upstairs cause they're lazy and dont take em out to play. Honestly people here are ghetto and uncivilized but I guess Jake way across the corner so what did I expect. There are nice people here but mostly central American's that will let the trash bin get extremely full and leave stuff on the ground all around the apartment complex/parking where the trash is. Parking is terrible if you own a truck or SUV don't live here. Our BMW can barely fit in between 2 SUV's we literally lost weight just to get into our cars at 5 AM. I will say the convenience of everything there is nice but between 3-7 dont even think about leaving because you can't get out of that place. So much traffic coming down Sierra makes it impossible to leave. We hated having to go anywhere with a car after 3 it's always full of cars and there's a commercial truck company there so a lot of heavy duty vehicles. Laundry rooms suck cause some work some don't and there are occasional cockroaches in the laundry sadly. Also my apt was riddled with cockroaches and crickets. They don't seem to seal under door's properly so check that before move in. We had a more updated apt but overall still lacked common building practices. Light switches that didn't do anything, light switches that are hidden behind the towel hanger so you can't hang anything there so people can find it, kitchen is outrageously set up so theres only 1 person comfortably able to be there, floors were poorly installed and used glue to keep em down, windows that didn't open properly, even flooring, 2 doors for a bathroom...1 and lastly the door bell was broken lol. I will say this place is not worth it unless you don't make the money to go elsewhere or credit is at 600 and below. I also would not trust the base rent -- due to people irresponsibility the trash, sewage and landscaping/cleaning is crazy. We paid 1925 or something and our bills were up to 2100-2200 range based on fees not including our electric and gas bill which are separate ultimately running the charges up to 2300 just to live there. Lastly, in a sad fashion my last impression by the management company (Hopefully not the office people) stole most of my deposit. My deposit was 1925 along with my pet deposit. My cat did not damage anything and I only installed a TV on a support in the living room. 2 nickel sized holes and I even patched it for them just didn't use paint to color match which I was told was awesome. Irlanda came in for the final inspection. She was in awe on how clean we kept it. My partner and I are in medical so it was just sleep, waking up and eating in there. We didn't plan to stay there so we didn't hand pictures or decor. Literally only installed a TV, walls, floors, bathroom and carpet were immaculate. Irlanda really said it seemed like we didn't even live there. Here we are I am in a much better apt now but we get our return deposit summary and out of 1925 (no exact) we are getting less than $500 back. They charger us $600 for paint... I had no idea they painted 6 other units with our deposit but good for them. Everything else was justifiable but $600 for painting 2 drill holes. Overall I'd live here if you really need to like I did due to work but honestly i'd try to live in Valencia not Canyon Country.
