That concerned us but we thought fine, as long as our bathtub drains normally. To our concern, the technician struggled to the point where he had to call in another technician for assistance. He then could not replace the screw on our faceplate, stating that the hole was stripped, and just left it as it is! We were concerned but he assured us that this new hole won't create any leaks and that any water that gets through the hole would just go down the drain. However, this now creates the new problem - we can't take any baths because this new hole drains our bath water. Now we have to hire someone else to replace the faceplate. Two stars for clearing the drain, -3 stars for creating another problem and just leaving it. **Edit: my roommate called to complain, especially since the technician told her it would be a $700 2-man job to replace the screw. They sent the manager over. He managed to place the screw back with some 409. They gave a 30 day warranty if the drain backs up again. 4 stars, minus 1 only because we shouldn't have to go through this ridiculous song and dance in order to finish the job we paid for.
