Not even a "sorry for your loss", "condolences", nothing. After many months of text messages trying to get updates, ultimately, we were told he would send us a picture of the stone when it was up to let us know it had been installed. A week after it was actually installed, we received a text message. I had already discovered it had been installed when I went to the cemetery - which only added to my emotional distress. Given the nature of this business, I hope this review will encourage staff to consider the situations that their "customers" are in and get some training on grief and just kindness in general.
