This company showed up with a giant limb fell onto my house, assured me for 45 minutes that they could handle the job. Contract was signed for the two part job to be done all in one day. Then the equipment stopped working and the excuses started. I had to beg them for the photos they took of the roof to send into the insurance company and he very maturely stopped responding to my messages altogether. TWICE the owner Steve King no called no showed scheduled appointments with no phone call explanation. They left rust pile messes in my yard, oil stains on my sandstone pavers, and wanted to try to tell me that *31 days* from the time the contract was signed was an acceptable amount of time to get the job done. Don't be a fool like me and put your money and trust these guys. They completely took advantage of my emergency and vanished with my payment in full.

My home was left as clean as possible, the craftsmanship is meticulous, and the team went above and beyond to get us back into our home. They recently (October 2022)installed vinyl siding on my house and garage (beautiful work). (Their siding guy Ted is truly a pro that takes pride in his work, his trim work is impeccable). And lastly Carmen the receptionist, so sweet and always a pleasure to talk too, she answers your questions and if she doesn't have the answer she always finds out and calls right back, she never leaves you hanging. He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

After weeks of poor communication and multiple follow-ups on my part, the crew finally showed up on September 17th with less than an hour's notice. The owner, Nick, called me irate about our "newly installed lawn" -- even though he knew about it, had been on the property on August 27th, and we had already discussed sprinkler shutoffs in advance. His tone was so aggressive that I felt threatened and uncomfortable speaking with him, and from that point forward I directed him to communicate with my husband instead. The crew left, then later returned to begin installation. The foreman admitted that the wet ground was actually caused by a neighbor's sprinklers, not ours, and was segregated to a small portion of the yard. Despite assurances that excess dirt would be raked out along the fence line and moved to low spots throughout the yard (and any remaining dirt to be placed along the side of the house), they left a truckload of dirt in the middle of our backyard and did not rake any dirt out along the fence line. On top of that, the double gates were installed backwards after having in depth conversations about how to install the gates and which side on the double gate would be the main door. The excessive conversations happened mid-install when we were told that if the double gate is installed on the side of the house we originally requested, it would be installed 8 to 12 inches off the ground (obviously unacceptable to all parties). When I raised concerns, the company agreed to fix the gates but ignored the issue with the dirt. Instead, they demanded the remainder of the payment and even came to my front door during the workday to collect, despite the job being unfinished and not as agreed. In the end, I had to rent equipment and spend my own time moving the dirt myself as well as contracting a lawn care specialist to replant the grass that was mutilated from the large pile of dirt left in the center of our yard. This was an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I have attempted to speak with DeFazio Company regarding these issues, but they have continued to demand payment without the willingness to work towards a resolution. I expect my final balance to be adjusted to reflect the work I had to do myself, along with a formal acknowledgment of their mishandling of the project. If this occurs, I will update my review to acknowledge this.

The color I wanted was very specific and it was hard for me to find a company that would offer any colors outside of the general 15 or so standard colors that you can find on most gutter companies websites. I called the Gutter Boys, who had 3 different color palettes to choose from, got my quote on a Thursday and the install on that next Tuesday. They kept me updated on the schedule, were on time for my appointments and were very quick with getting my project completed. The price was more than fair and since this was my first time ever getting new gutters on ny house, they understood where I was at and I never felt like any of my questions were dumb. These guys are very professional and I definitely recommend.

After looking at it I decided I couldn't fix it myself, instead I contacted The Gutter Boys based on the Yelp Reviews. At this point they said they were so busy they could only quote on replacing all of the gutters, I figured it cost me nothing to get the quote. The quote was reasonable for the size of the job, but more then I wanted to spend, so I let them know that I did not want to move ahead with the job. A couple of weeks later they contacted me and let me know that they would quote on replacing only the back gutter. This came in and was still a bit higher then I wanted to spend. After another couple of weeks they sent a revised quote that was about 20% lower at which point I decided to go ahead with the job. Getting the job started was easy, you log onto their website, review and approve the contract and put down a 50% deposit. Once this was done they scheduled the job in less then a week. On the scheduled day they came out while I was at work, took down the old gutter, put up the new gutter and downspouts and cleaned up the jobsite. A very nice job all the way around. I never had an contact with any of their personnel other then by text and phone, but they got the job done fast and professionally.
