They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. The owner was nice and personable and their cars were all clean. We decided to go with the stretch Cadillac. Our big day finally came in May. The Cadillac was nice and clean on the exterior. Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). In my opinion, there are better limo companies out there. Seems like this business just wants your money for subpar services.
