1 Star - Absolutely Disgusting and Unprofessional This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a limo company. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Not only was the service unprofessional, but one of the company's employees who said his name was Keith was actually caught by a customer behaving in a completely inappropriate and unacceptable way inside the limo that had been rented. Imagine paying good money for a luxury service and then finding out the employee responsible for the vehicle is abusing it by doing drugs and acting in a way that no professional business should ever tolerate. What made it even worse was the company's response. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the situation properly, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. That tells me everything about the type of business this is and how little they care about their customers. This company clearly has no standards when it comes to hiring employees or maintaining professionalism. If you value your money, your time, and basic respect as a customer, stay far away from this limo service. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there that actually know how to run a professional business. Thanks to this great company called, 'Monalisa Limousine' and the excellent service they provided by their delightful employees my event went off without a hitch. The owner, Mona, was very flexible with her prices for the services and did everything under the sun to make us feel very special. I would also like to highlight, the several times a day I called Mona with a question and how she always answered and never rushed me off the phone and truly proved to me that they cared. All the guests enjoyed not only how knowledgable our driver, "Wally" was in getting passed all of the traffic and practically knowing everything about Los Angeles, but we also enjoyed Upscale Charter's beautiful Luxury Mercedes Sprinter Vehicle and Yacht that we rented. The Yacht was not only a great party boat to bring friends on, but it ripped through the waves very well. Mona truly has amazing people working with her and they provided service with a great smile. This is my first time with Angel Limousine service as I was arriving from Buffalo to So Cal with a plane change in Vegas. I had a delay with connecting flight, so I called to inform and they were already aware and reassured me all was well. When I arrived Kamran was on top of it texting me the whole time. He was ready to get me immediately. Angel Limousine had everything I needed after a long day of traveling. Flavored, carbonated and reg water plus mints were ready for me to devour. My husband and I needed a ride from Orange County to Cedars-Sinai Hospital for his very early morning surgery. John arrived as promised at 4 a.m. -- we were skeptical having never ordered a car service before, and he came through for us. The next morning, John sent me a text saying he would be there for my return trip home (my husband was staying at the hospital) about an hour earlier than scheduled, but no worries he would wait for me. It was good to know I had a ride waiting for me, versus waiting for a ride. All in all, John was a stand-up guy who got us there safely and on-time. I am a pretty critical person when it comes to the service industry because nowadays you don't seem to get what you should. Having said that, my one criticism would be that John could have been a bit more friendly upon first meeting -- like "Good Morning" Mr. and Mrs. Kelly...I'm John, your driver....something along those lines. I guess I might be "old school" but I think people still appreciate that approach. read more

I booked this limo this past Saturday 6/28 for a pick up from Los Angeles to Santa Monica . The experience was great! Brian, our limo driver, was on time and very friendly and professional. He accommodated all of our needs and made it a fun and enjoyable experience! Brian definitely was the best driver and an awesome host! Within an hour of contacting Angel Limo, I had a text, pics of the bus we were inquiring about, an email with a quote. I did not hesitate to book with them and so happy I did. I had to send my mother alone to LA on a family emergency. She was unfamiliar with the airport, so I opted for a car instead of a shuttle or van to get her to her sisters house. I had never used this service before, so I have to admit, I chose Mona Lisa because of the name. But I was very pleased with the customer service, even at the last minute they were able to book a car and patiently waited for her when the flight was 20 minutes late. Mom was driven safely to her destination by a very nice driver. And when she was ready to return home, that same driver picked her up and returned her to the airport on time. Summary: Friends and I travelled from outside the USA for the BTS concert, we rented a limo for 12 hrs, and our wonderful driver Aldy, dropped us off, waited for us, and got us there and back, quickly, and most importantly, safely! Payment: Unbeatable rates, although I would suggest that payment be in credit card, instead of Venmo, as Venmo is only in the US. I travelled from Canada, and we don't have that as it has to be associated with a US bank account. I have used this company on several occasions and they are so professional and really go above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. For our wedding i wanted a white Lincoln Limo. I was calling around to compare prices and no one else had as great of prices as this company did! Yesterday, however, Angel Limousine outdid it's already excellent service with the my wonderful driver, Kamran. My flight was very late and I was afraid my accommodation would be a problem. The cars are clean, well serviced, comfortable, equipped with water, reading materials and snacks. Their drivers are courteous and considerate. They show up on time and sometimes a little early - in which case they may ask if you would like to stop at a Starbucks to pick up some coffee (as happened to me a few days ago).
