The task was to drive from Fontana to Tustin and then from Tustin to the prom venue in Orange. I booked this ride on June 10th for June 17th to get to LAX. Our driver verified he would be here by 4:45AM on the 17th. At 4:46AM I texted asking if he needed help with directions to no answer. (Photo) at 4:48, I called to no answer. I then contacted the number on my reservation: 323 767-9333 also with no answer. I called the driver back and he responded and I could 100% tell you he had just woken up at 4:50AM and had only started getting into the car. The driver held to the idea that there was a mixup even though he texted to confirm the time the day before. And in standard "oh crap" form, he finally took responsibility stating he didn't set an alarm. I was told he would arrive at 5:20AM...35 minutes late. Now if you've ever driven in LA, leaving 5 minutes late could be the difference of 10 minutes of traffic or 40 minutes of traffic, let alone leaving 35-40 minutes late. Because we needed to get to the airport, we drove ourselves and had to leave our car at the airport now paying $450 for parking instead of supporting local businesses. If I arrived 35 minutes late for work, I would be fired. I can say a lot more, but I'll leave it at the only saving Grace for any upgraded rating is when/if they process my refund. UPDATE: So after calling the company, they promptly refunded my initial fee and they also sent a check for the part of the parking I had to pay at LAX that would have been covered by a return trip home. Because of their prompt response I have updated my rating, and am willing to give them another chance on our next trip or car service requirement. I have left one star off for the sake of still having the driver not be awake for our initial ride. read more

I was looking for a car service to take my group wine tasting in Temecula. I decided on this plan less than a week in advance. I got a quick quote and the prices beat out most of the other limo companies. On the day of the event, our driver was Luis. He was very well presented, very courteous and professional the whole trip. He was so easy to work with even with a slight change of plans and with a bunch of us having too much fun and lots of wine on our way back from the wineries. We turned the music up and we singing and dancing the whole ride home which was the absolute highlight of the day and trip. It was the best way to end my 40th birthday wine tasting experience.
