I do have to clarofy that Doctor Flynn is good, patient and very clear with the information he gives parents, but the rest of the service needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) of improvement.

She takes her time answering all your questions, never rushes you, is understanding and willing to work with parents suggestions. Getting an appointment is painless and her office staff is professional and excellent with the children. I have had to contact her on several occasions late in the evening for fever and other parental hysteria and she has always been understanding and reassuring, never dismissive. They have a very busy clinic but they don't mind to speak respectfully or respect their patient's time. Such a disappointment.
