The information below was given by a current employee working in pediatrics. There have been multiple instances where the patients have been given wrong vaccines. The nurses did not know how to follow the vaccine routine made for kids which led to them giving wrong vaccines and neither the parents or any higher authorities were informed of the mistakes even after the manager found out about these incidents. My baby had his 5 month Wellness Visit today. I was thrilled to see Dr. Satwani back. She took her time to talk to me about all the questions that I had. ( I had many questions). She answered all of my questions and gave my great advice. Her bedside manner is amazing. She is very professional and very compassionate with my baby. I am extremely lucky to have Dr. Satwani as my baby's Pediatrician. In addition, all the nurses were extremely friendly and professional with my baby. Love the Edison practice. Everything looks super clean, smells clean and looks new.The waiting time was minimal and the nurse gave me some samples of my baby's formula. Thank you for this. Last but not least, Leena the secretary is very welcoming, friendly and very efficient. She is the welcoming face of your practice. Review for non pediatric section. 1 star would be an insult to 1 star rating. We did our annual on 18th May, they made us sit in side the private check up room for an hour and half, and nurse kept saying we will be back in couple of minutes. Until we have to push them , then the nurse complaints about how unrealistic their work lorce and corresponding work load.... we get through the whole testing anyway. And now after almost a month they say we were never tested..... This place is a joke. read more

Dr. Satwani has been great to my kids :) Since they have switched to Optum, it was been terrible to get in touch directly with the office. It is not as personable as it was before - we will be switching. I have just spent AN HOUR on the phone waiting for all the automated stuff to get me to where I needed to be only to get hung up on... I just need to send physical forms over to be filled out! It's a shame because we really liked it prior. read more

Saw Dr. Sutwani and have to say I was very pleased as was my partner. She has great bedside manner, you can tell she cares about her little patients, was eager and willing to answer all of our questions and concerns and gave great advice for ongoing care of our newborn. When we had an insurance issue after we left, her front desk staff was fast, professional, and courteous in letting us know. So happy we found Dr. Sutwani for our son and have already recommended her to other family members with children. read more

This practice group is by far the worst possible service entity. The front desk staff have no organization. Dr. Taubman is only interested in billing and not providing care. Every time I try to find a solution from the staff, there is finger pointing between the doctors and the front desk staff. Virtual appointments are non-existent with hold times ranging from 40 minutes to an hour and a half- often, the front desk staff forget to call to schedule the actual appointment. Most recently, I was on hold for 40 minutes and was charged for the appointment out of pocket because the staff forgot to verify my insurance. After paying the fee, the doctor told me she couldn't help me on the virtual appointment and then blamed me that no one asked her if she actually could--but, her front desk staff consulted her a month prior to which she directed that I schedule a virtual appointment. This practice is unethical and their follow up is predatory in regards to money rather than providing actual supportive care. No one should use this practice if they want competent care. The level of incompetence is beyond comprehension. So glad that I will never have to deal with this lack of professionalism or incompetence at this practice ever again. read more

Of all Riverside Pediatric locations, this one is the best! Everyone in the office is so friendly and pleasant. The staff create a warm, welcoming environment, making my kids feel comfortable and happy to come here, not scared. They also ALWAYS greet them by their names. There's minimal wait time, if at all. Parking is plentiful. Any lab work we needed was done onsite. No need to waste time to go somewhere else for blood work. Dr. Satwani has great bedside manners - she always begins our appointments engaging with our kids, even referring to specific details they discussed from previous visits. She takes time to answer all of my questions and we never feel rushed. One time my son had ear wax and instead of just sending us to the ENT (which usually takes weeks to get an appt), she got a tool and removed it. His school nurse was so impressed by and said it's rare for peds to do this nowadays and asked for her info. She's flexible with immunizations so they don't get more than 2 shots per visit. When Kerri or Neelam give shots, they're always warm and playful w my kids and make every effort to put them at ease - so much that my 14 month old didn't cry and reached out to be carried right after her shot. We also love that you can email at any time to make appointments or ask questions and they respond quickly. If this office is closed, you can visit their other sites. The Secaucus location is open 365 days from 7am to midnight. It definitely beats going to the ER or urgent clinic, as their charts are accessible. read more

I've always trusted Dr. Satwani and have recommended her to many parents. Now that I have my own, it was only natural that I chose her for my own baby! She's very experienced, reasonable, and will steer you in the right direction when you are overwhelmed (which I need as a new parent). I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sutwani and the office staff! I have never had a bad experience ! We switched after not being happy with our first pediatrician and are beyond happy with our choice. My 11 month old daughter is in day care and gets sick a lot, they always get us right in same day. The office is easy to get to, lots of parking and always so accommodating. My daughter loves everyone there. They are just so sweet with her! Dr. Sutwani never steers us wrong, she always makes us feel comfortable! We are very very happy! Highly recommend this office! read more

Customer service is terrible at the front desk. Extremely rude, if you don't like your job then you shouldn't work there. Do not recommend, a clinic should be full of caring people ready to help anyone in need, instead they are full of disgusting attitude that makes you want to leave. read more

Clean office with friendly staff. The wait time is not crazy. Very accommodating, the Pediatrician was able to see my daughter for a last minute appointment almost at the closing time of the office. Also since it is not too crowded, Doctors give sufficient attention and time for a wellness visit. read more
