PM Pediatrics is our kids urgent care of choice. They even request it by name. We have been to others but the care is never as good. We have come for pneumonia, flu, and now a fracture in the ankle. We checked in online as there wasn't anyone at the front desk at 10:20. (They close at 11). The receptionist came out from the back - we were sent away, the receptionist said they were too busy. My daughter was in terrible pain and the girl told us to come back tomorrow. They open at 11 AM. So disappointing to travel, checkin and be turned away. read more

They didn't submit a claim to my insurance and emailed me on late Thursday night that they would charge my card on Sunday. I called them several times on Friday. Couldn't get anyone on the phone and was forced to leave myself in queue as they were "unavailable" and never got a call back. Now my card is charged. read more

Had one of the worst experiences ever tonight 10/14 I believe she was the nurse told me she couldn't see my son that had a 101 fever and sore throat pain because she already mopped and cleaned the room and in the back she was making rude comments I just didn't know she was talking about us as we walked out the rest room. I didn't go in to waste her nor my time my child was sick. I got a message at 10;17 the message got mixed up with the other 10 I got from The same number went in at 10:35 the front receptionist went to to to the back to let her know and at 10:40 she came to the front to talk shit mindful me being there and hearing what she was saying. Tell them to come back at 11. Inwork in the medical field their is a way to talk and trust me I get the feeling you want to leave out of your job but just remover we are taking our kids to be checked out because they're not feeling good. Now here I am in the Emergency room waiting because a Karen did want to take my son because she mopped and cleaned the rooms. It's so sad that people like her are working in a kids urgent care. I recently visited PM Pediatric Urgent Care with my son, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff failed to diagnose my son's condition properly, which led to unnecessary stress and a delay in getting the correct treatment. The lack of thorough examination and attention to detail was concerning. I had to take my son to his primary doctor which 10 days later he was diagnosed with microplasma pneumonia. I have been taking my kids to this urgent care for a few years but will think twice to bring them again to this facility. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism. I hope the center takes this feedback seriously and improves their diagnostic procedures to prevent similar issues for other patients. read more

2 1/2 hour wait to be seen for my sons injured, swollen foot. All while there were zero people in the waiting room and no one waiting in their cars. This really needs to go back to a true first come first serve based on triage urgent care. read more

Just so awesome. If they could be my kid's general pediatrician, that would be great. The place is SPOTLESS. Clean and shiny, fresh smelling, and with like a fairytale castle theme going, which as a girl who grew up in the 90's on Disney - I can get behind. Like there's like knights everywhere and every examination room has Disney Jr playing on a tv from open to close. Legit af. The staff is so nice. The receptionist dude was there both times we had to visit and he's just a straight up angel. He sets the whole tone for the place. Calm, friendly, reassuring. We had to take our sweet baby Jack to this place twice now, both times for bad viruses because children are gross cesspools. Tonight we rushed Jack in just before they closed at midnight (this is now what Saturday night is for me and Ned) because it was that or the hospital. And just like before - an epically great visit. The receptionist even made Ned a cup of coffee. Unreal service. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and they are also for some reason all hot. They're like hip, youthful, friendly smart hot people who all work at the same urgent care for kids. They are also - and this is equally as important as their hotness (obviously joking but not about them all being attractive) - incredibly thorough. They won't make you feel rushed or stupid for asking a bunch of questions. They explain what's going on in detail, give you options for treatment, tell you what to look for, and always send you home with a stapled packet of information about your little one and their gross diseases. Honestly I can't imagine taking Jack to another urgent care. There's just no way it will ever be as good as this one. Thank you guys for being so amazing. We went there on Sunday 5/26 and checked in around 9:10 pm and there were 8 patients ahead of us and it took more than 2 hours for us to see the doctor . We were called in around 11:20 pm and the doctor was good and listened with patience and even gave 1 dose of antibiotic there itself But 2 hours wait is crazy and they were short of staff . At 11 pm when my kid already slept in the car , we came to knew that they have called in another doctor and the additional doc will be there in 5-10 mins . If they were already short of staff why did they not informed us ahead of time or why did they not call the additional staff ahead of time . The place is clean and doc was good but 2 hours wait time is a no-go for me . read more

Today me and my wife brought our 2 children to this pediatric urgent care. Dr Andrew Unger was the doctor that saw our children. What an a amazing doctor. He was so good with our children. He answered all our questions. You can see how he cared for kids. My kids were screaming their heads off and he was so patient with them. If this man had his own practice I would 100% take my kids to him. read more

I am giving 5 stars because of our recent experience with them. We took our daughter twice to this place and they were quick to attend and address her needs. The second time, she broke her arm and they did an xray to confirm and the nurse there put a splint on her. We were asked to visit ER immediately. However the ER was so impressed with the splint that they asked us to continue with it and come back after 10 days. After 10 days, the pediatrician at the major hospital advised us to continue with the splint because it was so strong and properly put. Luckily, our daughter's hand healed in a month in the same splint. Thanks to the staff at PM pediatrics, they know what they are doing and we always like to visit them during our needs. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have an asthmatic child, and I have had to use them two times. Once on a Saturday afternoon, and once at some ungodly hour in the middle of the night. During both visits, we were seen quickly, the staff was empathetic and professional, and my child was given a dose of her prescribed medication in the office. The facility is clean and inviting, and each room seems to be a "theme" room. (We've had Shrek and Princesses so far). There's a TV in the rooms which plays cartoons, Hell, I'd come here for me if they saw adults! Knowing we have PM pediatrics available to us as a resource gives me such reassurance, and I am very grateful to the wonderful staff. read more

I went on the the website to schedule an appointment. There were non available. There were specific instructions on the website to come in anyway and be a "walk in". When I got there they said appointments only and They wouldn't see my very sick 2 year old son and sent us away. He has strep and all he needed was antibiotics. Just went there today for the first time with my daughter who had ear pain. Ended up being swimmer's ear and was prescribed some drops. This was an absolute nice surprise and everyone from the front desk to the doctor was very friendly. Dr. Alexander Materna was so sweet and explained everything very well to us with a great attitude and bedside manner. So glad I came here because my experience with the urgent care in my town was not a good one when I took my children there. read more

Disorganized and apathetic. They had my daughter checked into their system two times for her appointment, and the second check-in was 35 minutes after the first one, so I was bumped back 35+ minutes. When I asked why people were going in before me, the receptionist asked my daughter's name, then said I didn't sign her pad. I said, "you never told me to sign your pad." Livid! She was not apologetic whatsoever, & I sat another 25 minutes. In their filthy Covid-infected waiting room while apparently everyone else waited in their cars. Brunswick Urgent Care is so much better, too bad they don't take my insurance. It's a shame I can't give PM negative stars. read more

This place surface level seems good, doctors and staff are nice. I brought my daughter in because of a fever and sore throat/general malaise. The doctor dismissed it as viral pretty quickly and sent us on our way. Later that night she was still very sick, much more than you might expect from a virus. I had my husband call our pediatrician and take her back to PM pediatrics. The doctor seemed unhappy she was back and refused to swab her for strep. She has strep throat and has now passed it onto my other child. Please go to a real doctor if you need care. Avoid this practice if at all possible. read more

I had such a positive experience with this pediatric urgent care facility! I was impressed on so many levels and went above my expectations; staff was warm and friendly from the receptionist to the nurse (Doreen was super sweet!). This location is huge! Plenty of waiting room seating, with the entire office decorated in Medieval Knight theme, it actually feels "fun". There must have been 8-10 exam rooms, and all aspects of office were very clean. The nurse record keeps with a tablet and at the end of the visit you even get an individual patient report printed out with follow up care instructions and an info sheet on the illness/diagnoses. The nurse and doctor provided a very thorough and professional examination, my 13 month old daughter had been struggling with a respiratory virus and I was concerned with her ears. Loved this office so much, wIsh I can make it my "home" pediatric office. They did a better job then my own pediatrician! Highly recommend. read more

My son has been here multiple times with wrong diagnostic and me ending up either coming back pay another copay or go straight to his primary care. To top it off, their billing is terrible sends me a bill and I'll pay for it then the next thing you know you have another bill. I was put in collection agency for $20 I supposedly owe. read more

My experience was a surprise today. PM Pediatrics was outstanding from the front desk to the doctor. My previous experience at another location was horrible but today I had no other choice for a pediatric urgent care so I took a chance. The nurse was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, kind and did not talk down to my 12 year old son who needed staples in his head. She made a unwanted trip a pleasant experience, thank you! The doctor was the same. This place is wonderful. Very friendly staff. Huge comfortable waiting rooms. My son loved the giant knight in armor statue. I was extremely impressed because as I was getting my son checked in another mother came in with a daughter who was obviously not doing well. The receptionist upon finding out that the girl was hit in the head with a basketball earlier in the day did not hesitate and immediately called for a nurse to come look at the girl. She didn't make the mother wait to fill out paperwork. She prioritized the needs of the patient. The nurse immediately took the teenage girl in to be looked at and the mother waiting to check in her daughter. Due to stomach issues it was recommended that my son avoid fatty/sugary foods. They had a huge bowl of lollypops but then remembering that he should be avoiding it the staff went out of their way to find a healthy treat that he could eat. They even brought out a couple of options and let him pick. He was super happy to be able to still get a treat and was happy with his bag of pretzels. I definitely will be coming back here any time my son's doctor is not available and he needs immediate care. read more

I'm so glad there are facilities that are open beyond standard doctor's office hours. Which is important, how often does your child ever get that mysterious fever during standard hours? PM Pediatrics really comes through to help soothe the madness of a family's distress when the little one comes down with something unpleasant. They have excellent physicians, a helpful staff, a fun kid-friendly and very clean environment, and some distractions for the kids so you can handle paperwork. You won't have to wait for too long to be seen, and you can now reserve a "Spot" on their schedule to really streamline your visit, though they accept walk-ins as well, and they have several locations so you can see which location has an opening first. They're also covered by a pretty large variety of insurance companies now. We always know we're in good hands when we come here. read more

Today was my first time visiting this Urgent Care, ms. Melissa Rodas Medical Assistant Super Super friendly & sweet when she picked up the phone and concerned for my daughter. Process was OMG super fast. They have you put your information in an iPad, I sit down for about 10 minutes, got called to provide my insurance information set back down, three minutes later we were called into our room. the intake lady asked us the questions about our visit, extremely friendly forgot to ask for her name within three minutes the Dr. Marianna Castillo Super friendly n sweet, made my daughter laugh as well as myself, Took the time to explain so my daughter and myself about my daughters issue. She sent over the script within 30 minutes excellent service highly recommend will continue to come here. They definitely gained a family. read more

Clearly, they were busy and overwhelmed but that is no excuse to take things out on the patient. I was not even registered in their system after making an appointment and the woman was extremely rude to me when she was doing the test. My family and I were visiting NJ from Long Island NY when my oldest son fell while playing soccer. He managed to severely cut his knee. We have used PM Pediatrics here on Long Island so I completed an online search and was very fortunate to have found this location. All of our insurance and other data was easily retrieved which helped expedite the visit. All of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors were kind, professional, and thorough. My son needed his wound to be cleaned and closed with five stitches. The entire process as well as the follow up steps were clearly explained. I highly recommend this location. read more

Impressed with the facility. Took my daughter there Saturday. They said flu like symptoms and gave me a note excusing her from school. She had fever and threw up there. They did not test her for the flu. I have been trying to reach them by phone today and cannot get through. Tried patient, provider, just holding on. Don't want to take my daughter out again if not necessary but may have no choice if I cannot get through by phone. Shame on them. read more

I can't say enough positives about PM Pediatrics. I have been there twice and on each occasion, I have left even more satisfied than the previous time. Everything from the overall child friendly design of the interior, to the incredibly convenient hours, to the welcoming and knowledgable staff, PM Pediatrics is definitely our go to place for pediatric urgent care. On both occasions, my child was seen promptly and his condition was assessed and treated in an expedient and caring manner. During our first visit, we were even given the initial dose of medication, which was extremely helpful since it was 'after hours' and our regular pharmacy was closed. My 2yo son had a gash on his head. I was in a panic when I called PM Pediatrics to confirm if they could provide stitches if necessary. I was so thankful this was a service they offer because I was trying to avoid an unnecessary ER visit. This being my sons first real "boo-boo", we headed straight there and were seen almost immediately. We were nervous about a chance of a concussion and we discuss with the nurse and doctor what signs we might have seen if he had one. Luckily, none of the signs were there but now both my boyfriend and I are aware for the future. They talked us through exactly what was going to be done. They chose to glue the cut closed based on where it was and the doctor took extra caution to avoid scarring with two paper stitches as well. Everyone was so kind. My son was terrified but they took every step possible to make him more comfortable (turned on the TV, let him sit on our lap during certain parts of the procedure and provided stickers as a distraction.) I have been to this facility several times already and every single time I've gone, I've had an amazing experience. I would HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

My 10 year old fell on the trampoline. I brought her here and they took wonderful care of her. They were quick and efficient while showing her patience and gentleness.
