There was one lady handling two customers at any given time, and she looked overwhelmed, and it's clear they are understaffed. She was nice, but her coworker was not. The older man was busy with his own customers, while that blonde guy in the back was throwing peoples packages around, and mumbling all kinds of hateful things. I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. It took 20 minutes despite only four customers being there, and I was so uncomfortable the entire time.
