The blonde guy with the beard was really rude. He was throwing peoples packages and talking a lot of crap under his breath, saying things along the lines of he doesn't care about the packages, as it's not his refund, this is why he can't trust anybody to handle his stuff, he always has to clean up behind everyone else, and that Americans are a bunch of whiny, greedy ass motherfuckers. There was one lady handling two customers at any given time, and she looked overwhelmed, and it's clear they are understaffed. She was nice, but her coworker was not. The older man was busy with his own customers, while that blonde guy in the back was throwing peoples packages around, and mumbling all kinds of hateful things. I think this was my third visit to this location and it was a pleasant experience. I only waited a few minutes to ship out the return. The customer service was great and it's in the Magnolia Center by Wells Fargo, a smoke shop, Señor Baja, Carl's Jr, Supercuts, Subway, Juan Pollo, dry cleaners, FedEx, etc. Very convenient if you're running errands. read more

My go to for Amazon returns. Get my QR code ready, scan, receipt, done. Always receive great service, it has great ac during the summer months, very clean and convenient. Be careful the parking situation is a little tight the flow of traffic gets congested. So far I haven't had any problems personally but I've seen others who haven't been so lucky. Highly recommend NOT using this store on Magnolia! Had an important overnight document that needed to be in State of Washington the next day. Paid for 'next day delivery', and had it to the UPS Magnolia store, (stamped accepted) at 4:30 p.m., 1/2 hour before the pickup deadline (5 pm). Never went out! Talked to the female manager (gal with bleached hair) the next morning! She blamed it on the UPS driver! She could care less! Horrible store and needs to be reviewed by UPS Franchise Services! Horrible! Please do not go here. I called the manager and asked if I could receive mail there overnighter from USPS. She said yes and told me $10 to pick up my ( drivers license that was being mailed to me). Days go by and I keep calling asking if it was received. Keep in mind that I cannot work without my license. Finally it gets RETURNED to the person who mailed it to this STORE. This business got the mail and rejected it. Please DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The representative who helped me ship a small package today intentionally misrepresented my options. When she quoted over $60 for the total, and explained that it was for a 3-day option, I asked if there was a cheaper way to go. I specifically asked for the ground service. She claimed that the next price tier down from 3-day had no guaranteed delivery date and could take up to two weeks for delivery. That's 100% false. Using the UPS website's Calculate Time and Cost page, and entering the same shipping and receiving addresses, it's easy to see that the ground service does offer a guaranteed delivery date. Plus, the rates quoted here are about half what I was charged. What a ripoff. I knew I should've walked out, but I foolishly paid an exorbitant amount. I usually print a label at home, but my scale wasn't working. For what I paid, I could've bought a new scale, printed the label, and still saved money. read more

This location provided poor customer service and did not deliver on a product that they confirmed. I booked a notary service online and received an email confirmation of the time and date. I arrive at that time and date and there is no notary that day. I then had to find a new location and luckily found the Postal Annex off Arlington. The person there was amazing, great attitude, and helped us on the spot. read more

Feeling horrible, what is wrong with these employees? Was in Monday 12/30 to drop off some prevailed returns. Young female in there thought it prudent to discuss her illness of the previous Saturday (fever of 108! How is that possible?) with the other clerk who was assisting me. I went to this UPS store for some Amazon drop offs. It was lots of stuff, multiple scan codes and some of them had to be done on the fly. I worked with Miss Shayne. She was kind, patient, very professional as I figured out what do to with 25-30 boxes of gloves and other medical supplies. She managed to calm down my anxieties as we successfully returned all of items. This isn't the first time I've been to this store, I've always felt they were pleasant with my simple drop offs. But now, they've unknowingly proved do me, they can handle anything! read more

I've used this location many times but will now take my business elsewhere. Staff was unknowledgeable, rude and dismissive of my concerns. They were unable to locate a package I was receiving and until I provided them with name of signer and date they received it, they had no record. When I asked how is it they could not locate it, even when I went in to the store, they had no idea. An explanation would have worked even if to say "we made a mistake". Instead they pretty much blew me off and then hung upon me when I followed up today with a phone call! Not a good way to run a business. read more

I did file a complaint with UPS Corporate regarding the policy of charging $5.00 per copy at this store, such as a printed label or packing slip. UPS Corporate indicated that every story could charge their own set prices with no UPS mandated guidelines or oversight. The employees are professional and unfortunately have to relay the printing charge to the customers through no fault of their own. One employee relayed to me that they did have a meeting and this charge was brought up, but that allegedly: "The owner will not change his policy of charging $5.00 per copy." There is a printing store in the same center that prints for a few cents rather than $5.00 if the customer does not have a printer. I would suggest going to another location altogether and there are many options nearby in Riverside. read more

Line almost out the door and they only had one person working while another employee was just standing at the register doing god knows what, when I FINALLY reached the front and talked to the employee she was very rude, I then found out said rude employee is the manager of the store and then she continued to rush me as if i've been standing there for 10 minutes doing nothing, when she told me i needed to tape up my amazon return i was appalled because the amazon app said all i need was to have it in a box and UPS would do the rest for me, she then very rudely stated that I needed to pack it, tape it and print the label and then come back and proceeded to tell me to move to the side so she could help another customer when she could've found an alternative way to help me out. I used to have a box at this location, but ever since new management took over the service has been awful. No one even greets you, no one smiles, and whatever they are doing at the time you walk in is more important than the customer. I stopped my mailbox service with them and they didn't even ask why. I was in desperate need of a last-minute notary and overnight mailing by 5 PM yesterday. I called the store and spoke to Christina; she is the notary. She also offered to come to the car to notarize my father's signature as he is disabled and without his wheelchair right now. She was thorough (even caught a few places that we missed!). We are in the middle of a Pandemic and none of the employees are wearing masks despite signs saying that they need to wear them. My wife used the hand santizer and they charged her 4 dollars for it instead of supplying it for free. There are x's on the floor on the left and right side of the store with no indication as to which way to line up so people are lined up on both sides and you need to walk around them in order to leave.
