I called her emergency line and spoke with her directly! She got me started on antibiotics, helped me plan next steps, and called an oral surgeon to get me in right away. I spoke to her while in South Carolina, after I flew home, and all the way through my procedure with the oral surgeon. I would have been lost without her. Dr. Soares is an exceptional dentist. I thought god that is expensive. what they didn't tell me is that they could not find my insurance with subscriber not on file. as it turns out they over charged me. but using a credit card.. I can dispute through the credit company. now root canal done and a claim processed.. today they owe me $421. now they want to charge me for palliative care . no pain Associated so can't charge that. i will wait a short time and either dispute any new insurance claims for items that don't make sense or go to my credit card to dispute my refund.
