It was the best massage I had ever had, the massage therapist was new I think but she gave the best medium massage ever. my neck and shoulder hurt badly when I went in but when I came out I was not hurting. My husband went here tonight for a massage - called 2 days ago to book a 90 minute. They never wrote down his appointment time but said they could take him 15 minutes late. Pointed him into a room with no direction. Didn't start working on him until 30 minutes into the appointment time. Barely draped him for the massage in a cold room. He said the woman's nails were digging into him the entire time and she was just massaging weakly to waste time. It was $90 and he decided to tip $10 because it was a crap experience and the person at the front told him he should be tipping more!!! Awful service. My friend and I booked a 90 minute massage and they were able to get us in the same day. I went into this place a couple sundays ago. It is very clean inside, and I was greeted warmly by a lady maybe the boss. I was given a very good massage by a lady who was vaguely familiar, I could swear she looked like a lady I knew in California. But she gave me a very hard massage and it hurt so good. Got my full hour, gave me a bottle of water. I would come back- still trying to figure out if I know that lady. read more

This has become my go-to massage place. Good prices and they can always fit me in if I call ahead for an appointment. The masseuses listen to what's bothering me and they can really go at the knots in my shoulders and upper back. I come here at least once a week and it has helped my back tension a lot. I was with my mom, sister and niece for a girls getaway. We called at 3:30pm to see if we could get a massage for all for of us. Surprisingly, they could get us in at 4:00. Upon arrival, two men left. We were each put in a room, and I was told that somebody is coming in to do my massage, so I needed to wait 15 more minutes. I paid for a full hour, my massage started at 4:20, but ended at 5:05, only 45 minutes. None of the women there spoke fluent English, they could not understand us, nor could we understand them. When the lady started my massage, she asked me, "medium or hard?" I said medium. I have NEVER experienced such a rough massage in my life! The lady chomped loudly on her gum the entire massage. She was incredibly rough on me, frequently using her elbows to dig into my back. I was incredibly sore for days afterwards. She could not understand me when I mentioned it was too rough. She also climbed on the table with me, straddling me, and used her elbows to hurt my back. It was very strange that she got on the table with me! My sisters massage was similar to mine, very rough, painful, and her lady also climbed on her table and straddled her. We were deeply disturbed that my niece had the sheet yanked off her, and she was forced to have her massage fully uncovered. This place seems very shady, and more men were waiting to go in when we left. No women customers, which was very unusual. As we each left the room, we were each told to leave a tip. I've never been asked to leave a tip anywhere! This appears to be a shady place, I do NOT recommend it to anyone! read more

I would rate the massage a 2 from 1 to 5. just Ok. The room was way too Hot. And the Up sell omg. 50 minutes into my hour massage...Do you want more time? $25 more. And the pressure for a tip. I gave her a $20 and she gives me the stink eye. Later she brings in the pretty young girl and again the Up sell....two girl another $30... well no thanks I don't have anymore ca$h..... you can put it on your credit card. No thanks. My hour an a half was more like an hour 10 minutes. I will not return. read more

This was my first visit to Riverside, and I was pleased that it was so clean. I was greeted by a woman who spoke little English, so I pointed to the chart on the counter that I desired a 60 minute massage. I was taken a few feet down the hall to the first room where it was indicated I should proceed to get ready. There were no instructions, no survey as to my needs - once undressed and lying on the table she came in and asked soft, light, or hard.....after that she began the massage, only asking a couple times if everything was okay. Near the end of the hour I caught her watching the clock and only cursory touching my body, so I figured she must have been ready to quit. She left the room once for a couple minutes for a reason I don't know, and a second time to retrieve a hot towel (which was very hot) but felt good. I did give her a tip - and she gave me a bottle of water to go. I likely will return. read more
