Best Customer Service…read more This American Tire location; has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! My tire suddenly went flat, so I stopped by this location at 5:58 PM hoping they could just put some air in it. I didn't realize they were closing at 6 PM, so I felt terrible for showing up so late. There was an amazing young man with blonde hair--I unfortunately didn't catch his name--who went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain my options. Even though they were already closing, he made sure I knew what I could do to get my tire fixed and didn't make me feel like a burden at all. Everyone inside was also incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. You could tell they genuinely cared about helping customers, even at the end of their shift. I'm so grateful for the kindness I received that evening. This is truly what exceptional customer service looks like! Thank you, American Tire!

The service techs are always very nice and knowledgeable! I love that buying tires here comes with a warranty that allows you to come in for tire maintenance as needed. I've stopped by for a couple of low tire pressure issues and they patch up my tire at no extra cost! Do recommend making an appointment as it is much quicker than walking in and keep in mind Saturday is their busiest day!
