I was at the Greek place on Merrill, and when I was in the drive-through, I saw the suspension place across the street, so I thought I'd step in for some quick questions. Everybody was super cool, and even though they were busy, the guy mentioned they'ld do a free front end diagnosis to determine my brake condition. He said sometimes that means you do need new rotors. They were pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes until they got a bay open. Turns out it wasn't my brakes at all, I had a bad strut on one side. During the evaluation, they mentioned they are also specialists in Lexus rear airbag suspension. Luckily, my rear suspension was fine and I only had that single bad strut. I decided to get both taken care of as well as the alignment for the front and rear. They also gave me a 10% discount on the alignment work because I had a major repair. I took an Uber home, because they said they might not have the job completed the same day. But they got parts delivered early, and my car was done before 5:00. Excellent work, and I didn't feel like they were trying to misrepresent any aspect of the job. As a matter of fact, I asked about any more things I needed done, and they said I was pretty much solid. Excellent shop.

First, I went to your establishment for a re-gearing to 4:88 front and rear axles and an Eaton TruTrak to replace the OEM rear locker. After waiting at your shop for 8 hours, My vehicle was delivered to me with an error code "service 4wd". When I went back in and inquired about it, YOU'RE staff told me, "drive it for a while it will go away". That issue never resolved. I called PWG to schedule a fix appointment. At that appointment your tech put a solenoid to correct the "service 4wd" lamp and a requested rear diff cover. Why that solenoid wasn't done initially, I don't understand? I live in Palm Springs and for me to come to your shop because of your tech not performing installation correctly is a costly inconvenience to me! While getting an oil change at my regular mechanic, that's when he brought to my attention about your tech damaging my steering stabilizer, fluid actively leaking from rigs front drivers side axle and the transfer case. ALL areas your tech had to perform work on in order to do the re-gearing, and that were NOT leaking or damaged before your techs working on my vehicle. I tried to contact you on many occasions, to no avail. Finally, when I did talk to you about this, and said if it doesn't get fixed I will go to BAR for filing a claim, to which your response was, "go ahead"! Is this how a rightfully dissatisfied customer is treated at PWG? Currently I still have a rig that I can't even get into 4L. Those are the facts! Thanks.

I had a terrible experience at MCA Tire And Auto recently. I brought my car in to have two tires replaced and was assured by the worker that I would be receiving the same exact run-flat tires as before. However, instead of getting what I asked for, they ordered a cheaper alternative that was not even close to the quality of my original tires. To start with, the wheel was absolutely filthy - covered in dirt and grime. It was clear that no effort had been made to clean it up before it was installed. But that wasn't even the worst part. The wheel was also covered in scuff marks and scratches, as if it had been dragged across the pavement before being put on my car. It was a clear indication that this shop was cheaping out on their products. When I asked if they would be able to order the correct wheel, they mention that it was "backordered" for months. A quick Google search reveals many sellers that would get it delivered within a week. I am guessing they have suppliers that can provide subpar tires for cheaper prices, widening their margin. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly lousy. The employees seemed like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible to make a quick buck. There was no attention paid to detail, no effort made to make sure the new tires were properly balanced, and no care given to ensuring the safety of my vehicle. They put the same psi in both tires (front and back), when it was supposed to be different. When I brought up my concerns with the employees, they offered no solutions to the blown tire, but instead just removed my tires and issued a refund, leaving me stranded. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly dangerous, as I was forced to drive my car with an unsafe tire. Overall, I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for reliable and quality service. The workers are untrustworthy, the service is subpar, and the safety of your vehicle is not a priority. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. You pay for what you get. read more

I was on my lunch when I heard air coming out of my tires so I came quickly from corona to make it to and "MCA Tire And Auto " before I ran out of air completely. This is my favorite tire shop to come to! I came today to get my tires patched but ended up getting all 4 new tires it was a good price that I couldn't refuse. Good hard working guys and fast I can't complain about that. Who doesn't want a good deal ? And it's near my home it's a win win I come here to get my tires patched or to get new ones ! I came into Mac because my tires were completely bald and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I was honestly surprised by how good the pricing was, and the whole process only took about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They sold me a defective tire. As soon as I got on the freeway my tire popped. They refused to be responsible for the damage done to my car, and towing charges etc. They don't care about customer safety. As they say you get what you pay for. Please take your business elsewhere for you own safety. read more
