I bought a full set of tires here for around $900. They told me to bring it in anytime for a free tire rotation. Sounds great! Well I picked up a screw in my tire so I brought it in to fix the screw usually a 15 minute process and the tire rotation usually a 20-30 minute process. I've been waiting here for 3 hours now and they haven't even TOUCHED my car. So keep that in mind if you want to be stuck here like me. This is crazy. Super irritated about it. One employee asked me if I wanted to keep waiting, as if I can drive with a screw in my tire ?!??? Come on man. I get that places get busy but this is a quick fix for someone who already spent a pretty penny here. Manage your work load better and prioritize quick fixes for customers that already paid! read more

Amazing customer service every time! Bought tires for my car about 2 years ago and was so pleased with the service that we have come back and gotten tires for 3 other vehicles! The service techs are always very nice and knowledgeable! I love that buying tires here comes with a warranty that allows you to come in for tire maintenance as needed. I've stopped by for a couple of low tire pressure issues and they patch up my tire at no extra cost! I called to see if they were too busy to check a tire that I seen had a screw stuck on my front passenger side. He told me it's busy and it would be about an hour or so. He advised that maybe come around the evening. It was a Saturday so they close at 5pm. I got there around 4:15. When I got there I was told there are a couple of cars ahead of me for a patch repair. He went to check with the guys to see if they would be able to get my car done before they closed. He took my information down since it was my first time and took my keys. I did have to wait since they did have people ahead of me but they did get me out by 5pm. I didn't have to pay for the repair on my tire it was a courtesy. But regular price for a patch repair it's $20.99. We also asked to get a quote on tires for my daughter's car and they checked and gave us a print out. We live about two lights down. So I don't mind coming to this place again. They have a little section with little chairs and crayons and coffee, popcorn and even vending machines. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I was told it wouldn't take too long for my car and paid for the full service to get on my vehicle I got the basic service. I didn't get told anything for my tires, nor any inspection. Also, in the comments after paying stated that I didn't near the tire rotation which I know I did need it nor at any point did I decline the tire rotation U simply asked if it could be done within a reasonable time. I was there for 2 hours and a half and my car had barely been done and they had to run to O'reailly while I'm waiting for my vehicle to be done. I don't recommend bringing the car here. Usually I would give 5 stars but the last 4 times I went to get an oil change, they charged me $209, before that was $250, then $150, then $220, then $ 150 again now it's $250 because my car takes synthetic oil, but they have to order he said and the reason for the different prices was because they didn't charge me for the synthetic oil price then they try to tell me that the filter needs to be changed which is $400 more which I only paid 50 for the times it needed to be changed prior. Then I get a nail in my tire and my daughter takes it down there and they call me and tell me I need two new tires and that they won't take the nail out because they can't put a bad tire back on and that the tires are gonna be $750 for two tires. Are you freaking kidding me? I've been going there for the last five years and they used to be honest, but I don't think that's a good price or a good deal and I didn't need new tires. I got a second opinion and they patched my tire. I think it's crap that every time I go down there it's a different price than they originally give me. I will never be coming back here again trying to rip people off when prices are extremely high on everything already is not good. Customer service and excuses are pathetic. I had a flat tire and brought it back to be replaced under warranty, they replaced it with the wrong size/width and locked my keys in the trunk. After getting the spare key and going home I noticed the wrong tire size and called them back. Mistakes happen, it's fine. Spoke with the assistant manager Colby and Henry who handled the situation very professionally, he worked on the car himself and took responsibility. Team probably needs more training to avoid silly mistakes like locking keys in the trunk or picking the wrong size tire which can be a safety hazard. 4 stars however for good service and being courteous and professional. read more

Used to be our family's go-to tire shop! I think the company was sold? And after that, the service went way downhill. We had 4 tires replaced on our BMW. Not even going to speak about how they upsold us the most expensive tires available, but they tightened all the lug nuts on each tire so much that they rounded and stripped each one. Brought in a brand new wire wheel for a nail repair. Mounted it back on my car. Next morning it was low again. Checked the tire and noticed they put a plug in it. Dismounted the tire & dip it in water to check for leaks. Noticed it was leaking from the wire wheel nipples. Right away knew that their tech damaged the silicone seal around the rim. Called them to tell them what the problem was & they were no help whatsoever. Denying that they damaged it when my rims were brand new. The guy Colby who I was speaking with wanted me to bring in the damaged rim so he can look at it. But the rim was already dropped off for repair. I have the paperwork stating the rim silicone was damaged & even that wasn't good enough evidence for him to do anything for me. Won't be doing any business with Les Schwab again. I recommend for anyone with wire wheels or Lowrider not to take your rims in here for repairs. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped off my car at 9:30AM for brake service, oil change, and tire rotation. Received a call about my front and rear brakes at 2pm needing to be replaced and that there was ONE car ahead of me. I got out of work from my first job at 5pm and didn't get a call yet, so I just decided to come back to the shop at about 5:30pm only to see my car with all its wheels off still, no one working on it and 4 guys standing around. There was one other car getting worked on. Then, closer to 6pm I see only one guy working on it. I then go outside visibly upset and ask someone, "Can someone tell me when my car will be done?" And someone tells me 20 mins. Then I see 2 guys start to work on it clearly rushing. They didn't even start putting on my new rear rotors until 6:15pm. The front ones weren't put back on until 6:25pm. All wheels and car lowered by 6:35pm. Still had to tighten all the lug nuts and check oil, took another 5 mins. Also had to test drive my car another 3 mins. It didn't take "20 mins." It took another 45 mins and I was late to my second job. Absolute no regard or consideration to customers time. I don't appreciate the lack of urgency and unprofessionalism displayed at this specific location especially since I dropped off my car 9 hours ago! If I knew it was going to take this long, I definitely would've taken my car and my money elsewhere. Never coming back here. read more

I brought my work vehicle in for 2 front tires and an oil change. They tell me they cannot perform an oil change due to being scared of removing the drain plug. 1 hour later I'm informed that they cannot turn my rotors due to not having the proper equipment. So I'm told I must have new rotors. I wasn't told that i "needed " new brake calipers.grand total $1600. So now an entire break job is being performed on a vehicle that is highly maintained. They put everything back together and forget to tighten a bolt that is attached to the hub and they test-drive it and break it. So now I must return and take a whole day off work for them to make the repairs to the damage they caused. If you want to be taken for an economic ride and receive bad service.
