Before coming here, we called around and no shop carries RF tires in-store since these tires are special order. Diego helped us out today. Even though this shop didn't have the tire we were looking for, we got a used one that was sufficient enough for us to get back home safely to Temecula. I have to say, I was extremely surprised at how fast and easy this was!! We weren't even there for 20 minutes and it was a done deal!! I've never been to a tire shop for less than an hour!! Love it!! The tire was super cost efficient, Diego provided excellent friendly service, and the wait was not even long at all!! High key, they get a lot of business here and I can see why. My three existing tires were at 0.132 inches and the new tire would have thrown everything off unless I either bought a matching pair or found a used one with similar tread. I had called with my husband about a week ago to ask how much they would charge. If we brought four brand New tires to get them swapped out whoever we spoke to on the phone which is our fault for not getting a name. Told us $25. They didn't specify. It was $25 for each tire. They just said $25 and we specified. We had 4; This gentleman that I was speaking to was completely rude. Pretty much laughed in my face and belittle me and began to say that my husband was a liar. When I was on that phone call with him. I will never be coming here again. I only changed out one tire. Out of embarrassment. When I realistically should've just left.
