So I asked if I could make a new appointment for the seal, and go ahead and get the hub replaced. His response, "yea sure, should save you about $100", I of course agreed. To my surprise, the original estimate was $588, I was still billed $525 for the service, to replace a single hub! I was pulled aside prior to paying for the service and was told "there will be taxes on this, but we did this..." and he pointed to the paper, but never explained what was actually done! I was kind of shocked that I was told I could save "about $100" by not getting the seal replaced, only to then see a savings of only about $60-ish I would hope that when we, as customers, are given an 'estimate' of costs, that the bill should reflect that exact cost. And King Coal, as a service provider, would respect those estimates and not surprise the customer with a "this has to be done" charge. Other than that, the staff themselves were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was causing my issue. It was fixed in a timely manner and the vehicle purs like a kitten. I had to work while the vehicle was being worked on ( I'm a developer ) so having a nice place to sit and do my coding along with free Coffee was a definite plus!

However, there has been 2 instances where I had work done on the vehicle and the mechanic damaged my vehicle. The first time was for an oil change and they slammed the hood down most likely on a wrench and it warped the hood. I contacted them and they would not fix the problem. The second time was on a recall for the back tailgate springs. They made 2 scratches approximately 6 inches long and deep on the plastic covering of the bumper and would not resolve the issue. I've decided I will resolve this issue by never using their services again. I will either travel to Oak Hill or Princeton and go to Stephen's Mitsubishi where they treat a customer with care and respect.
