I drove over an hour (that's how important this was to me) and visited to see their work and bring a sample of the bottle to work off of. Meeting was great and work I saw was beautiful- I was sold! But, he said he would be leaving in a week and I would be in good hands. WRONG! The woman who took over was horrible- no design input, insensitive to the subject matter and just looked to find reasons to upcharge for every little thing even though I had discussed everything with the original man I signed on with. I called and text in the days leading up to Christmas and got the run around. Finally I showed up right before closing on Christmas Eve and was told there was an issue with the shipment and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas. The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as I have not received any mention of a refund and haven't received my item.
