Our project was proposed as a 10 day installation but stretched to over 190 days before CPG/BO abandoned their project. CPG/BO repeatedly failed to adhere to their contract, industry standards, manufacture requirements and building codes, causing extensive damage and financial loss. Fill dirt was placed in an unapproved location, and our septic field was repeatedly driven over, costing us $3,000 to correct. Excavation was performed incorrectly, causing pool shell warpage that Latham later confirmed was due to installer error, not manufacturing defects. Required daylight drainage was falsely claimed to be impossible; a third party later proved adequate fall more than existed, costing us an additional $6,600 to correct. Improper backfilling of steps and seats, $2,700 to patch the skimmer hole cut in twice at the incorrect height, installation of the incorrect skimmer type, and incorrect/faulty plumbing all placed our manufacturer warranty at risk. Electrical, plumbing, and gas lines were left out of code compliance, including missing tracer wire. A safety check valve was removed, causing the pool heater to explode and damaging additional equipment. Purchased equipment was damaged, missing, improperly installed, or later found to be used rather than new. An auto cover costing $18.5K, we only received the incorrectly assembled storage box & damaged tracts. A $2,500 diving board was damaged and incomplete, completely unusable. CPG/BO stopped showing up as they got further in over their capabilities, attempted to rewrite the contract to remove their liability while demanding additional pre-completion payments when we had already paid in full, and ultimately completely abandoned the project. Independent inspection estimates revel over $98,000 in repairs and excavation corrections are needed. We have paid over $100,000 already in this project and must now start over due solely due to CPG/BO's negligence and deception. There is more disappointment but I have exceeded Yelp's character limits... In closing, you will be money ahead to avoid this company at all costs.

"Manager" says "her Boss" will not okay a pool closure until 2:00 pm. Seriously? We have to wait over an hour and a half in our cars for a rain check? Very poor customer service. This is a municipal pool. Great service to our taxpayers. This pool is marginally okay. Hygiene is iffy. Have seen lifeguards scoop poop out and ignore any sanitation procedures on two separate occasions. Thank you Moline.

Which, as a parent, I kind of wish it was? My three year old can only last a few hours before needing a break, especially on a super sunny day. 3. The hours are very abbreviated, IMO. Weekdays (11:00 am-8:00 pm) and weekends (12:00 pm-6:00 pm) They don't have Lessons our there all summer long and mornings on hot July days are best spent at the pool! On steamy Iowan summer days flock to this outdoor pool! It's clean, the staff is young but friendly and parking is a nonissue, unlike the City Park across town.

They had us leave so they could clean and sanitize the place which should make anyone feel better. When you have some many adversary white families that don't get monitored when " their children bully and antagonistic to the minority / ethnic children" it only a time when a parent will chastise that child when it's the Rec Mgr. / and attending Lifeguards on duty responsibilities to keep water safety . They doing a great job but they turn away their face to the obvious tension and don't follow through to either monitor that said " children are with a guardian!" And prevent the bullying of children in the pool. We are a sensitive community with diverse communities and we cherish our neighbors and desire our children to continue to play together in harmony.
