The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they kept coming back . The reason for returning was due to the fact that they couldn't finish . We have them specifics as to what we were looking for . The owner came by and evaluated and said no worries , they could handle it . The job required hooking up 2 TV's , setting up a Sonos system that we updated to facilitate the working order of the equipment . 3 Google home pods; a DVD , VCR and 2 game stations . They came back 3-4 times as things did not work or they left a humble of wires . I was terrified when I realized that the 75" TV I bought was too heavy to sit on our media console, and was even more terrified to search for TV mounting companies online (that I'd never used). When he arrived, him and his team blew me away with their professionalism and efficiency. They listened carefully to ensure we were getting what we wanted, and before mounting, made sure we liked the TV position. It was a tight fit in our small apartment space, but they made it work and result was a beautiful flat screen that we can enjoy forever. The thing that really blew me away was their professionalism and friendliness - they knew my husband and I were working remote while they were working and checked/alerted us before making noise to ensure it was ok and wouldn't be disruptive. In addition, they not only got our main TV set up (with molding), but were happy to help add molding on our second TV (after I asked if they had any extra!). He was so patient in rescheduling my installation three times when Amazon lost the first soundbar that went with the new TV and kept changing the delivery date for the replacement. When it finally arrived on a Friday afternoon, Kevin made time to come to my house at the end of the day to complete the installation so it would be done for the weekend. Kevin took careful measurements and consulted me throughout the installation to be sure the final result was exactly what I wanted. When we realized we needed a longer cord for one of the connections he agreed to come back first thing Monday morning to complete the job. Kevin was extremely thorough in his communication when it came to measuring, the material he was drilling into, and finding the right anchors for the mount. I recently hired Kevin of Riviera AV to install a new tv mount in the bedroom and move my older large screen tv from the living room to it. Riviera then mounted a new large screen tv and soundbar to the existing tv mount in the living room. The work took longer than expected as they were unable to get the Samsung soundbar to connect to the new Samsung TV volume and talking to Samsung support was a waste of time. The conclusion was that even though both products were Samsung they were apparently not compatible. As a result, I purchased a newer version of the Samsung soundbar and Kevin was very accommodating, and fit me in to his busy schedule, and returned quickly to finish the job.
