Not only did I not get the dental I thought I had signed up for, the agent took my kids off the application under my husband and they lost their insurance! I've spent months trying to correct this on my own which is impossible since it's going between two systems (MNSure and the county) which is why I wanted their help in the first place. They washed their hands of me and surprise! The agent who messed up doesn't work there anymore!! Oh but if you want to rent blow up bouncy houses, he has those. He was much more focused on that than his JOB! I'm disabled and needed help. I can not recommend them to ANYONE!

If an agent cannot produce your actual policy, how exactly is that agent expected to compare coverages or policy details to ensure you are properly insured? Great Insurance Agent!…read more A shout out to Pete Giancola State Farm Insurance Agent in Deephaven. We've had State farm for 30 years and have always had good service. Pete has been our agent for the past dozen years and has always been friendly and very helpful. We just had windshield damage on our 2018 Hyundai Sonata, which has all the safety sensors and such. So besides having to have the windshield replaced, a recalibration of the sensors behind the windshield is required. State Farm uses a third party Link Systems to administer glass claims..... and they and Hopkins Auto Body hit an impasse over the costs of the recalibration. After a few weeks of back and forth between them, I got involved, and spoke with State Farm claims, who transferred me to Link. No resolution, after over an hour of quality on hold music. I asked Pete for some help. Within 20 minutes in his office, he spoke with State Farm, Link and Hopkins Auto Body, then he cut me a check for the full amount of the recalibration and said he would resolve all the details. No fuss, no muss, no forms to fill out, just great service. Nice to have the chance to recognize good service.
