I purchased a beautiful 8 x 10 oriental style rug for $110. Anywhere else it would cost double, The owner is friendly and helpful and says he has been there for 40 years. If you don't find what you want at this place, there are a few other carpet stores with low prices in the neighbourhood within a few blocks on Danforth near Victoria Park. Definitely the area for carpet shopping. None of these small businesses have a website, so you have to go there to see what they have.

I was getting discouraged as I checked through a few of the carpet places - no one offered any type of customer service, as a matter of fact, no one seemed to be around in two of the stores, or in Leons. The lovely lady in Brothers' Carpet greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and very quickly offered to cut me a nice quality carpet size that I wanted, for a very reasonable price. I was told that it would take two days, and that was fine, but she called within a couple of hours to say that it was ready for pickup. That's customer service! Also I did not have to pay in full up front, she took a deposit of my choosing. Great experience.

Went here to look for laminate floors for our DIY project. The prices were definitely competitive…read moreand cheapest we found. We ended up purchasing 12 mm laminate for $1.29 sq ft. Not bad right? :) The quality seems be be quite decent. But I guess if it's horrible I will have to update my review later. Seems easy to put together as it has grooves on the side which will lock into place. The quarter rounds were dirt cheap. I believe it was $0.30 each (8 ft long). You will need a mitre saw to cut it up. Underlayment was $0.45 per sq ft (IIC 73). Pretty good prices! The only thing we did not like was the young male associate w/ the glasses. He spoke to us in a very condescending tone. What a turn off! It's better to deal with the female associates there. They are much nicer. They have flooring for composite, solid hardwood, bamboo, laminate. Trims, mouldings, underlayment, etc Your one stop shop for DIY flooring!

We booked to have the floors installed including baseboards. The floors looked great! We were however unhappy with the finishing touches on the baseboards (cuts, calking etc) I emailed William and sent him pictures of the imperfection, we wanted the floors to look perfect. William was very understanding and did what he could to help us. We figured out a solution and William made it happen. If you do decide to book with them, just make sure you supervise the installers to make sure the finishing touches are just how you pictures it! I was definitely very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service...

They didn't have the same size as my current floor but it was such a perfect colour match that it didn't matter much to me. The great thing is that I was able to grab samples of the swatches so that I could know for sure which colour I wanted once I got home. Pricing was fair and the quality is nice. It gives a clean, flawless finish to the home and I'm super happy with the results. They have a variety of options and the store is so big that you're bound to find something you like here. Highly recommend if you're looking for some new floors!

I have a condo that has cement flooring underneath and I was told by some that I can only put down engineered flooring that interlocked which made my selection window much much smaller. I asked Chelsea about this and she advised me that although it mostly depends on what my contractor says, she had others use the engineered floors that didn't interlock before with no problems. With this information it gave me a lot more confidence and choices to choose from. I had some wafering back and forth about 2 selections and I wasn't in the country so I contacted Chelsea and she took multiple photos for me with the samples in sunlight so i could see to make my final decision. Communication was flawless and prompt. My floors are beautiful and I love it. I will be back soon with another project. I recommend Oasis and esp Chelsea!

I picked this place based on the good reviews on google map. It's great that some people have had…read moregood experiences with them but mine was different: Our project was to remove water-damaged flooring and install new double-glued down hardwood in a two-bedroom condo apartment. The contractor they sent to complete the job was horrible. The final flooring that he rushed to deliver has so many bumps, gaps and glue marks everywhere. Of course, I contacted the company to see if the fix them. The owner, Aftab, showed up at our apartment himself. At first, he denied the bumps and glue marks but then agreed to fix one bump only. He left a glue remover and filler for us to remove glue marks and fill the gaps ourselves (how professional!) The area that they fixed became even worse than before. They visited two more times but couldn't make it any better. The last contractor told me that the first installer haven't done a good job leveling the concrete under. As a matter of fact, he had used a scraper to remove the old flooring and damaged the concrete and instead of using a self-lever before installing new flooring, he used cement to patch the damaged spots. Anyhow, we never paid the remaining 10% set aside for satisfaction but the damage to our apartment is well beyond that. We need to re-do the whole thing. I'm going to follow up the case in Ontario's small claim court and I know it is going to take a lot of my time but that's the path I have chosen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, if you can. Or if you want to work with them, ask them to show you our apartment on Bayview and Sheppard (St. Gabriel Village buildings). They removed previous carpeting, prepped the floors and installed the floor and baseboards within a week, starting as scheduled. The second floor landing with a railing was the trickiest part, but it looks great with the new floor now perfectly under the railing as does the rest of the 1200 sqft of flooring. To my surprise, they also offered other services that related to the renovations my mom had in mind. The not only provide flooring but quality wood stair treads and... installation and replacement services as well. So it was a no brainer for her to give the work to one company. My mom ended up spending a little more than she wanted to but in the end "you get what you pay for" and when I last visited her place, I was shocked at how professional the work was done.
