I decided to take a second chance with getting a few bags embroidered with names "and yes" I was very pleased with the results. Name's stood out, stitching didn't look extremely thin and colors/size were on point. I did have to make and appointment but its well worth it. You'll have the pleasure of working with someone who knows exactly what they're doing and help you through the process to make sure all your concerns are met and your embroidery is completed with your expectations as their #1 priority. read more

Make sure you clarify in detail with examples of; size lettering, font, script, color EVERYTHING. Absolutely get all of the above in writing or "YOU" will pay to have your work fixed right the second time. Or simple go somewhere else and have it "one and done" right the first time. Charged over $49.00 to have "3" letters sewn on the back of a jersey. read more

Satisfied!!!!! Was a bit leery because of some bad reviews but went to get a quote to have my son's letter & patch sewn on his jacket. Because of the area didn't know what to expect. Very clean, organized & amazing customer service. Jan helped me & I will be coming back for all my embroidery needs. Decent pricing for quality work. Charged $20. Other recommended embroidery place was charging $50. Yea, of course, rizzos did the work. Turned out better than I expected. Very completely satisfied. read more

Ask for Jan!!!! If it weren't for the owner being condescending, I'd give Jan & the shop a 5! Called earlier to inquire on a HS letter jacket. Unsure of size, so the gal (who was gone when we got there) said to stop in & try them on....they're open till 5. We went around 3:30. Jan was fab, helped us with what to order, placement of patches. etc. The owner kept interjecting negatives when asked a question by Jan. "I'm with a customer who has an appt!" "The door should've been locked while doing things this afternoon." Asked us what exactly we had a question about, then barked "I can't hear you both!" WOW!! Way to make a customer feel welcome! Not. I'm hoping the jacket arrives as ordered... And I'll be dealing with Jan! read more

History

Established in 1998.

My husband used to own a bowling supply. He sold shirts with custom embroidery in which he contracted out the embroidery work. Knowing I loved to sew and do craft projects, he thought I might be interested in the embroidery business. We attended a trade show to look at the various machines, visit vendors, and see if this would be a good fit for me. A month later my machines arrived and off I went! Doing embroidery and mastering quality work takes years of trial and error. I've taken my share of backward steps, but have learned so much in doing so. I feel confident that I can now be considered professional at it.

I'm a country girl at heart, grown and raised in Washington State. I had the privilege of growing up with horses, cattle, and a large garden. I had to work hard as a child helping to take care of all of it, but in doing so have a strong work ethic. I'm not afraid of a challenge. I work long, hard hours to meet deadlines for my customers.

But after walking in, I felt immediately inspired. APG's office space is huge and impressive with great art on the walls. I worked with Chris on my personal project and discussed future ideas for a different project. They really do it all over there, from small paper projects to business cards to shirt printing and graphic design. The amount of products they can print on is huge! I was planning on going with an LA company but thankfully I found a quality printing place right here in the Antelope Valley. The turnaround time for my project was quick once I got everything turned into them how I wanted, it only took a day to finish. Of course turnaround time will vary depending on the project though. Everyone I've talked to there was really nice and seemed really passionate about what they do. I'm glad to find I look forward to working with APG again!

Rizzo's Embroidery Plus is an excellent place to buy custom team sports apparel, and get things like graduation stoles custom embroidered! I went there in the middle of June (Grad,Dad, AND Wedding season) and got my little sister's Puerto Rican flag graduation stole Custom embroidered with her full name, degree, university,and class year for a wonderful price! I even spoke with the owner, Ms. Robin Rizzo herself (she is delightful!)and those ladies (shout out to Anna!) made sure I got just what i paid for. Also, the turnaround for the completed job was much faster than I'd anticipated, and it was quality work. When I presented the grad stole to my sister at her Pre-graduation party she cried right there in front of our family and her friends. She said it was exactly what she wanted! I have lived in the Antelope Valley for 24 years and have tried a couple of the shops in our area but Rizzo's Embroidery Plus has proven to be the best. If they don't carry it they can order it and can do anything from heat press, silk screen, embroidery, signage, etc. Everything they do is in a timely and friendly manner. I have three kids that have played sports for many, many years and I would never go anywhere else for their athletic atire.
