Apparently I wasn't able to explain the issue with my car well enough, so I had the pleasure of hearing him tell me that I was stupid. I have witnessed him verbally abusing his shop guys in a manner that was totally unacceptable. I can no longer support a business whose manager treats customers and employees that way. Linder can do better than that. Sorry for the negative review - have to be honest as Linder has been in the community for many, many years and was the "go to" place. No longer. I have asked around - others had a similar experience. Sorry - please don't ask me to call in to talk about this. I'd rather forget the place existed.

I came in from out of town with a tire leak, hoping that I could get some help. I received a call that they LOST my keys and had no idea where they were. After multiple hours of worrying about my lost keys, the called back saying they found the keys, but the tire was not repairable and I would have to pay $190 for a new tire in addition to almost $300 of "other needed repairs". To top it all off, I took my car down the road to a different service business who repaired the "unfixable" tire for free. Save your time & money and go somewhere else.

Had to talk him into fixing my tire, when he finished, said he could only find one leak- I look at the "repaired" tire and saw the second leak still bubbling from the spray.
