Angie new I wanted this pair of dress jeans to retain the factory leg hem appearance. She knew exactly what needed to be done to retain that look and explained the process to me. Thane she spent a lot of her time fitting me to ensure we got the length just right. This lady really knows her business; but equally important, she and her associates, Will go above and beyond to do everything they can to satisfy the customer. Their shop is clean, bright and well maintained. I highly recommend them for any and all cleaning and alteration work. If you take your garments, etc. to them for work, I can assure you you'll get a first class job at a fair price and you will be treated like a valued customer not like a number on a claim check. They even offer "valet dry-cleaning" with pick-up & drop offs. Nice to see them expanding! Clean, easy to get to, and the price is 1/2 of what the guys down the street are charging per garment. I dropped off 21 dresses late Saturday afternoon at the MetroWest location and they were all ready on Tuesday. (Yes, I said 21 dresses, don't judge me LOL). I told them not to rush since its a fairly large drop-off. Everything came back nice and pressed. Keep me happy and they'll have a customer for life!

I dropped my dress off first week of February and 2 weeks later I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready for another few hours. The total for getting my dress hemmed was $80. It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.
