Lanes roofing is one well oiled machine! I started with ice dam problems and when I called Lanes they were on my roof that same day taking care of the ice. It was apparent that my existing roof had serious ventilation issues. Josh came immediately and told me what was needed. His price was incredibly reasonable with new ridge vents and baffles leading up to vent as well as some new 1/2" plywood that was suspect. Josh had me on his schedule for the following week. Josh from Lane Roofing came out the same day I called to look at my existing roof. An estimate was provided the next day. The estimate was comparable to what I received from other companies. A large crew (12 - 14) showed up to do the work for a fairly large house. Tarps were laid over the sides of the house, the decks, and the landscaping. Their was a site foreman available throughout the job and he answered, in detail, all of my questions. The roof replacement was completed in one day, the workers were extremely professional and cooperative. The "pick-up" after the work was completed was extensive. I could not find one piece of old shingle or any nails - they truly did an excellent job. My new roof looks great and I am very pleased with the work provide by Josh and his company. read more

Just used Lane Roofing to do some repairs on my roof. Josh was great! I had a very difficult time getting people to come out to give me estimates. I called Lane Roofing and left a message. Josh called me back a short time later and said he could come out later in the day to take a look at my roof. Josh kept his word and came out and even got me a quote that same day, unlike all the others that I was trying to give me a quote. His professionalism did not get overlook and because of that professionalism he got the job. When his guy came to do the work he was also very professional. Very prompt and professional throughout the process, from estimating our job to scheduling to invoicing. Upon delivery of our roofing a few days ahead of the job, we noticed the color was not the one we picked - quick email and immediate reply that Josh would take care of it. Swapped our materials to the right color within a couple of days. The crew that did our job was incredible. Worked quickly and efficiently. They left our property just about as clean as you can considering it was a full replacement and reinstall. Since they finished the job a few weeks ago, we have found less than a dozen nails or small pieces of debris around our gardens or deck - seems pretty reasonable to us. I reached out to Lane Roofing to replace a portion of my roof on my shopping center in Salem NH., which by the way was the most challenging portion of the roof. It was not an easy replacement and some roofers declined the work. Josh Lang (the owner) had the equipment, workforce, and knowledge to do the work. Moreover he came in with a very fair price. I had some minor issues but they were taken care of immediately. I'm replacing the entire ridge vent on the roof because it was not done properly. Josh and his INCREDIBLE seasoned crew completed our roof, which is 25sq in less than 7 hours! They stripped two layers of shingles, reframed the gable ends and replaced rotted plywood and some trim work as necessary. They draped the house in tarps and NO debris touched the ground!
