If you are considering hiring him, DO IT!…read more We hired Boomers Property Services, Curt, as an inspector for our custom and unique shaped home build in March 2023. He was recommended by our agent. We later realized the value of this referral. The builder was about to start putting up walls & sheetrock. That means everything would be 'covered up' and hidden from view or inspection. Curt identified a multitude of errors, mistakes and just poor workmanship. One example is the builder installed 1 steel column and 1 wooden column to support a single upper floor balcony. The worst part was the balcony was connected by a single 2x4 piece of wood to that column. After viewing Curt's report, we had the ammunition to lose all confidence in the builder. We recalled Boomers Property Services' website stated project management for builds. We hired him in June 2023. Here is why you should hire him. All his findings were corrected including replacement of the wooden column. He knows the right way a home should be built, and he ensured our home was built that way. Another reason to hire him is our timeline. We first connected with the builder in October 2020 and finalized the design & contract in March 2021. The city approved the plans and design in August 2021. Then the builder 'broke ground' September 2021. This was supposed to be a 10-12 month build. March 2023, we did not have walls. We hired Curt in June 2023. He (Curt) got us the final Certificate of Occupancy in March 2024. Now we are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of enjoying our dream home. Thank you, Curt. We highly recommend Boomers Property Services & Curt.

They turned off my air conditioning and just left it that way, They took boxes off the shelves and left them in the middle of the floor. But worst of all they invented problems that didn't exist such as; they said my dishwasher doesn't work when it had a full load of clean dishes in it. They say there are wet spots all over the ceilings and I want to invite them to come out and show me what they're talking about. Because there are none , I am just appalled at the flat out lies, and I am doubtful that the pictures they took are even from our house. I've heard that they do this to scare the buyers and then try to talk the buyers into using other services of theirs to do repairs. Complete and utter incompetence.

We had several bids that included cash and we accepted our buyers bid based on price and the fact that the buyer himself spoke to us. We had our home pre-inspected thoroughly with Divinity who are a fantastic inspection company and we used them for both houses we bought. As the home was pre-inspected we were not worried. Max home inspections come with ridiculously large lists and state estimated costs of fixing this and ludicrous rates. Either they are misleading the buyer, the buyer broker is on it to squeeze the seller or trying to not activate their so called 'warranty'. I would say its all three. Its a low way of winning a bid and then trying to push buyer into reducing the price. We have approached our back up cash buyer and he is fortunately still available allowing us to close in time.
