There is a tall gentleman that was nice as well. We exchanged pet stories and he shared a picture of his dog with me. Today I picked her up in her box. There is a nice bag they place it in and her ashes came with a dog tag and a letter. The gentleman today kept telling me he was sorry for my loss. I was trying to keep a tough demeanor but when he hugged me I cried. This business is very understanding and compassionate. Thank you for helping me in this time of transition. God bless you!

Definitely, would never recommend Central Michigan Crematory on 345 E Mahoney Merrill MI. This facility is filthy, employee not professional, with poor hygiene upon families last time with loved one. There is a difference in granules after being cremated and I learned this the hard way with a loved one. Don't be misled, use the crematory in Breckenridge MI on 46. Clean, professional, and respectful staff. Plus, loved ones remains are clean, fine, and white like sand from a beach. My loved one's remains from this crematory are gray with granules anything but fine. After the funeral I find out this is a concrete company too, now I know why remains are rough. Also, shame on the funeral home for using this horrible crematory and charging the family $200 as you drive yourself to this horrible, filthy, and nonprofessional facility for our last visit with our loved one. If anyone including funeral home directors would like to see the difference I can surely you show you the results of my loved one's remains.

The "Premier" owner spoke a good game but after SEVEN WEEKS left us with a disaster: No shine. Grinder marks everywhere. Edges barely touched. Epoxy spots in the center of the main room. Wife wishing we had gone with wood. SHAWN CIAMPA and the SCC crew saved the day! He had to erase the inconsistencies the "Coatings" company's had created and started fresh. After only 5 days we have the floors we had imagined. It looks MARVELOUS!! Shiny, glass-like finish with ageless durability. Consistent shine to the edges and left the place cleaner than they found it-- all without damaging our finished, painted walls. The care taken by the entire team was much appreciated.
