Spectacular service, amazing customer care, incredible quantity and variety of threads and monogram…read morechoices. My orders are always ready on time, and if there is ever a concern, they go out of.their way to make things right. Great pricing too!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took a short in to have a monogram on the cuff. I provided a…read morephoto of exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, it was it centered the way I asked and the gal at the counter said it was her fault and apologized. Fine. The quality of the embroidery was very poor, you could see the white shirt through the blue thread in several areas. In addition, the lower case "j" was dotted but not the lower case "i". When I pointed these two things out, the employees (not the one who apologized) got rude and belligerent as if it was somehow my fault that rules of writing small letters exist. The gentleman kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. I replied, I just want you to fix it. He threw up his hands and stomped to the back room. This left the poor lady behind the counter looking embarrassed and I felt terrible for her. She looked at me and said I am not sure what to do. I told her a good start would be to refund my money which she did, again with an apology. When I got home, we realized that the monograming was so off center it was in the back of the cuff so would not be seen by anybody and again, terribly off center. I am not clear how when a customer shows you a picture of exactly what they want, you do it so horribly wrong. The shirt is ruined as, if you take the thread out, the shirt will have hundreds of holes. I reached out to these folks and suggested that they replace the shirt and have heard nothing. Perhaps they feel that since they are the only game in town they can afford to treat customers this way. Perhaps they are just rude people. I will not use them again (there are other games in town) and, I will never recommend them. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. Not only is the work shoddy, the people apparently are as well.

I have used O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel on three recent occasions. The first two transactions…read morewere simple monogram embroidery requests; both were successful. However, my most recent experience was far from acceptable and could be better described as gross incompetence. To make the story short, for any sort of skilled embroidery work O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel is not up to the task. The longer version of this story for those who are interested can be found below. As a Christmas gift this year for my dad and brothers, I designed some custom jean jackets. On the back of the jackets there is embroidery work depicting an eagle with American flag wings, which was done by a friend (NOT O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel). I have collected vintage ski patches from around the world over the past 20 odd years on trips taken with friends and family. I decided to add these ski patches to the right sleeve of the jackets for every trip taken by the corresponding family member. I brought the patches and the jackets to O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel. I spent the better part of an afternoon working with the staff to carefully place the patches in a desired collage and pinned them to the jacket to ensure the chosen location on the sleeve, which was agreed upon by the staff who took photos to guarantee the request. The four jackets were designed so the trips my family took together would have a patch in the same location on each jacket sleeve. I returned to pick up the jackets and found that O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel had taken creative liberties on the placement for all the patches. The staff completely ignored the agreed upon location for each patch. What was a thoughtful collage of sentimental ski patches organized by geographic location of the ski resort and chronological date of the family trip, had become a haphazard attempt to complete the order. The patches were not only embroidered out of order, but also lacked all symmetry and understanding of parallel lines. None of the four jacket sleeves match the others. Patches were intentionally moved to ease the embroidery task requested of O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel. At no point did anyone from O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel think to call me to consult on changing the design. The requests for my order were clearly ignored, but what upset me most was the prepared list of excuses O'Connor Embroidery & Apparel stood ready with when I entered the door. The order was placed seven days prior to pick up, and at no point in time did I receive a phone call to say there were some concerns with the order. When I suggested we consult the pictures taken during the design phase they decided to acquiesce that the patches were intentional placed out of order to simplify the embroidery work. After a conversation with the staff it was clear that for each of their excuses, there was a simple solution that they either chose to ignore do to the time constraint they placed on themselves, or missed as a result of their own incompetence. I would strongly recommend seeking another vendor for your embroidery and apparel needs.

Great place to have items embroidered or logo'd. I had 50+ specialized shirts logo'd and O'Connor…read moredid a great job at a great price. It only took a week to complete and the folks working there are very friendly and nice to deal with. To top it all off, they have a sweet office dog you can pet. Great experience and will definitely continue business with them.
