I did. Once first night of job was done my tenant had stepped on the tile because there was zero communication to stay off it. The wife of guy tiling, Melissa, sent invoice for extra $145 expecting I pay for the mishap which caused additional work. She has been beyond rude and unprofessional texting me (a client) paying for the service!!! And completely not understanding of my request for itemized receipt. Expecting I pay for THEIR mistake in lack of instructions & or not putting up a sign to not touch the tile, paying for additional labor that the tiling guy clearly caused by not communicating. Rude handling.
