He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me throughout the process. He also provided pictures of the before and after so I could see the improvements. He completed everything in a time manner, which included the dryer vent cleaning, A/C sanitation, and duct work resealment all at a reasonable price. Bruce returned my call later that day. When I told him what I was wanting, how much, and what kind of insulation, he felt confident he could meet my requests. I called him a couple of weeks later to finalize an installation date. He said he would schedule me for Tuesday (5 days in the future). On Monday, the date was confirmed that he would install the following day. Bruce was given 2 contact numbers should he need to contact me. On Tuesday, he never showed or called despite 3 calls made to him to verify he was still coming. On Wednesday, I went to the second house to work. Bruce called our home number and left a message but failed to call the cell number which I could be reached at. I called him Thursday 3 times and left messages. I called him Friday and left 1 more message. I never received any other contact from Bruce. While Bruce is pleasant on the phone, he is not dependable to do what he says he will do. He also does not list any address to reach him at in the phone book or on his web site (www.bcsinsulation.com).

When the tech arrived he discovered that a part needed to be replaced and did not have it available. However, Mr. Rodriguez went out of his way to find the part for us. My a/c was up and running again by lunch. Not only was the service exceptional but the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them. In fact, we just bought a new home and we are going to have Aggieland Climate Control replace the entire a/c system.
