I got referred here and upon entering it was kind of chaotic, but everyone was nice and very straight forward with wait times. My appointment was 11:15 AM. I arrived at 11:14, gave my ID and insurance. I was seen at 11:45 am by 3 medical students in training, which I did not mind because they took their time and were very very thorough. They asked about all of my symptoms and genuinely cared about my lifestyle and what could be causing my issues. When the doctor came in, based on these reviews I thought maybe I was in for a bad experience but he came in with the med students and was asking me questions, making sure they had asked them for patient care/quality. He was very straight forward, I think maybe that's where people have an issue. His bedside manner isn't the best, but he is very smart and knows what tests to do depending on your symptoms. 4 stars because the office could be more clean, and maybe smell better lol. But overall, I had an above par experience and I hope you guys to do. Give it a shot & if you don't like it, have your doctor refer you to someone else!

Dr. Soeung was immediately judgmental about the medications I was taking, didn't ask how they effected me or made me feel and immediately disregarded this treatment plan for his own. I would have taken his recommendations to heart if he were attentive and compassionate, but he forgot my name multiple times and had to check his computer to remember and asked me to repeat myself multiple times after answering the same questions. This included wanting to treat me for something I repeatedly told him was a nonissue. He wanted to change my treatment plan weeks before I have to leave the country for work for a month. Experimenting at this time is highly reactive and could be potentially dangerous, while putting my career in jeopardy. He obviously has personal biases and brings those to work and to his patients. I left feeling less than human, not listened to, and unsafe.

She then gave me information for another Neurologist . I think it's very unprofessional to give a suspected diagnosis without seeing the patient . Also very unprofessional to give another neurologists information that they believe could diagnose this . As a mother of 4, currently 3 months post partum , that phone conversation stressed me out and left me extremely anxious .

My mom explained she had had car problems and had left her several messages about missing the appointment, but Maria said she had not gotten them. My mom was upset because she couldn't even complain about the mistreatment because Maria is the one that does all the translating. Very bad treatment of patients by the front office staff.
